This beautifully designed home features a cozy bedroom with an adjustable queen bed, its own AC/heat control,! and a fan to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The living room offers a separate climate control system, so everyone can stay comfortable, along with a big 65” TV equipped with premium YouTube and Netflix—perfect for unwinding after a day out.
Blackout curtains throughout the house!

The fully upgraded kitchen is both stylish and functional, complete with an air fryer, microwave, and a spacious kitchen island—perfect for cooking, dining, or gathering. You’ll also love the oversized 3-piece modular sofa, designed for deep, luxurious lounging. For extra guests, a foldable twin bed with a memory foam mattress is available upon request, along with fresh linens.

The full bathroom features a high pressure shower with mist and includes essentials like a hairdryer for your convenience. There’s also an all-in-one washer/dryer available for your stay.

What a beautiful place! Perfect for couples. A nice backyard with a pool. Good area. Hosts were very kind. We will definitely come back when we come visit our grandkids again.

This place is amazing! I highly recommend! The washer dryer combo is great. We stayed 10 days and it was perfect! The adjustable bed was incredible! It was so comfortable and nice to come back to each night!

Very cute little 1 bedroom apartment. The space is quite small inside including the bathroom but there are all the comforts you would need. The pool is an added bonus if you want to jump in on a hot day. (which there only seems to be in LA). The furniture is quite large for the space so there is not much floor space. The kitchen is well equipped and there is even a water cooler which turns out to be a coffee maker too. The host provided a new water bottle and coffee k-cups when asked so that was great. It was very convenient to Claremont and would definitely stay there again.

The bed is very comfortable, top priority for me. It's not a big place but enough for 2 people on the go. Separate HVAC for bedroom and the rest of you like to sleep cold. I didn't use much of what was available but I loved being able to do laundry and not having to go to restaurants every day.

This was a lovely place to stay. We enjoyed the quietness around, and especially LOVED the bed and pillows! The kitchen was very cute and well thought out. Eventhough we did not do any cooking, it was very well done. The house was centrally located, close to main roads and the 10 Fwy. Easy to get to. Neighborhood was also nice. This was perfect for the two of us!! We would certainly book again when we travel to that part of California. The special touch of a basket with goodies and lovely bottle of reserve Spanish wine waiting for us was lovely, especially after a long day of travel all the way from Florida! Thank you so much Dom, for hosting us. We will book again in the future!!

The host was incredibly responsive and helpful and the home is so lovely! The bed and couches are incredibly comfortable and for a small home, it feels very spacious. The backyard with the pool is a great place to relax and work (and watch the sunrise!). The kitchen area is very well appointed and clearly renovated recently. The house is very clean and cozy as described. I've stayed in many houses in the area to visit my daughter in college and this one is by far my favorite. I will absolutely book this home again and highly recommend it to other travelers to the area.

Amazingly kind and attentive host! Beautiful property in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The host was even kind enough to switch out the bottle of red wine for a bottle of sparkling apple cider because I don't drink and I didn't want to waste the wine. There were some very minor improvements that could be made to the vrbo (i.e. I'm short and I almost needed a step stool to reach where they had stored the toilet paper lol), but I have provided the host with that feedback directly and he was extremely open to receiving it. Which I really appreciate! I also LOVE the fact that the bed has an adjustable base. I have one at home and I seriously can't live without it now. It's so convenient! I was so excited to find that this vrbo had one too. I also really appreciate that there isn't a TV in the bedroom.One thing to note is to mind the gap between the shower panels when you shower. If they haven't found a way to seal the gap yet keep the hose attachment pointed towards the wall with the shampoo alcove in it otherwise you WILL flood the bathroom. If water does end up getting on the floor just notify the host via text and mop up the spilled water with some towels.Also, make sure to park in the driveway on Monday nights because the city comes by with a street sweeper on Tuesday mornings.I can't wait to stay here again!
