The house was exactly as pictured, very nice and well kept. The upgraded kitchen is beautiful and very comfortable bed.

The host was incredibly responsive and helpful and the home is so lovely! The bed and couches are incredibly comfortable and for a small home, it feels very spacious. The backyard with the pool is a great place to relax and work (and watch the sunrise!). The kitchen area is very well appointed and clearly renovated recently. The house is very clean and cozy as described. I've stayed in many houses in the area to visit my daughter in college and this one is by far my favorite. I will absolutely book this home again and highly recommend it to other travelers to the area.

Amazingly kind and attentive host! Beautiful property in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The host was even kind enough to switch out the bottle of red wine for a bottle of sparkling apple cider because I don't drink and I didn't want to waste the wine. There were some very minor improvements that could be made to the vrbo (i.e. I'm short and I almost needed a step stool to reach where they had stored the toilet paper lol), but I have provided the host with that feedback directly and he was extremely open to receiving it. Which I really appreciate! I also LOVE the fact that the bed has an adjustable base. I have one at home and I seriously can't live without it now. It's so convenient! I was so excited to find that this vrbo had one too. I also really appreciate that there isn't a TV in the bedroom.One thing to note is to mind the gap between the shower panels when you shower. If they haven't found a way to seal the gap yet keep the hose attachment pointed towards the wall with the shampoo alcove in it otherwise you WILL flood the bathroom. If water does end up getting on the floor just notify the host via text and mop up the spilled water with some towels.Also, make sure to park in the driveway on Monday nights because the city comes by with a street sweeper on Tuesday mornings.I can't wait to stay here again!

This home was darling! Just as pictured on VRBO. Very clean and quiet. Kitchen was great! Bed was very comfortable! Would stay here again!
