Welcome to this spacious and versatile five-bedroom holiday home, perfectly set up for relaxed group getaways and memorable stays by the lake. Spread over two separate levels with external access between upstairs and downstairs, this home offers the ideal balance of shared living and private retreat spaces.
The upstairs level is the main living area, featuring three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, including an ensuite. Here you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen complete with a coffee machine, dining and living spaces, and lovely lake views to enjoy throughout the day. Step outside to make the most of the outdoor living area and BBQ – perfect for long summer evenings and easy holiday meals.
Downstairs offers even more flexibility with two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and its own open-plan kitchen and living area. This setup is ideal for extended family, two families holidaying together, or working groups who appreciate having their own space while still staying under one roof.
The fully fenced section provides peace of mind for families, with plenty of room for kids to play and a trampoline to keep them entertained. With flexible bedding configurations, the home can be arranged to suit a range of group sizes and needs.
Location-wise, you couldn’t ask for better – just a 2-minute walk (around 100 metres) to the end of the street and across Lake Terrace to the lake, and approximately a 15-minute stroll into town for cafes, shops, and dining.
A fantastic base for lake adventures, family holidays, or group stays, this home offers comfort, space, and a welcoming atmosphere in a prime location.
Please note - there is no internal access between the upstairs main house and the downstairs unit.

Parking: 4 x off street parking, including boat parking. Driveway access is via the electric garage look door; the maximum vehicle height is 2.5m.
*Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.
Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.
Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
