Spacious corner bright Rainbow condo Unit 409 is best of both worlds! Enjoy fantastic views of ocean, beach and oceanfront pool from your oceanfront deck and living area that also has another private gated patio facing the bay to enjoy gorgeous sunsets!
Building located on 112th street in North OC has a huge heated outdoor pool, kiddy pool, with a bi-level oceanfront sundeck, 2 new elevators, renovated lobby, seasonal lot guard, bike racks, and assigned parking!! Close to Northside Park, many restaurants, shops and entertainment venues. A building registration fee is collected on arrival at the rental property.

This property does not allow smoking vaping and pets. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.
