Ideally situated just off Routes 137 and 39, this delightful cottage provides easy access to the Cape's favorite attractions, stunning beaches, and premier public golf, with the renowned Captains Golf Course located a mere 1.8 miles away.
Step inside to find a bright, open floor plan designed for effortless gathering and entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring sleek granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with versatile sleeping arrangements. The main floor features two serene bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a full bathroom nearby. For additional space, the lower level includes a cozy living area with an entertainment space and a pull-out queen sofa bed, along with a convenient half bath.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
