Fantastic Central Downtown Location + Art + Design + View

Amazing location, Canadian art, curated design and a great view.

Treat yourself to a 5-star stay in my condo - perched high in the sky - right in the middle of downtown Vancouver.

Walk everywhere, from mouth-watering restaurants, to shopping and even the seawall a short walk away. Super easy to get to from the airport - just a quick 10-minute walk from the skytrain. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind before exploring the town.

This is a chill space though - please, no parties or events.

First, the location is amazing - centrally located in a safe part of Vancouver. You can walk to everything!

Second, the building is an art deco building, built in the 50's and converted to condos. Striking mosaic tiles in the lobby and around the building. Nice wide hallways and amazing views.

Third - the space:

This is a cozy 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, with floor-to-ceiling windows running the length of the apartment. It is south-facing and is located on a higher floor of this 21-story building. The beautiful view is mostly of the city, with some ocean views from the living room.

The main communal apartment floors are pebble flooring, with carpets in the bedrooms. I have curated the space with some great, original, Canadian Art (paintings and photography). You have all of the amenities that you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Vancouver – from lots of plates/dishes, to a Nespresso coffee machine, Smeg tea kettle, tea pot, Smeg toaster, pots/pans, spices, utensils and more. There is a dishwasher, stovetop and a microwave (no conventional oven). I live here in between guests, so there is everything you will possibly need for your Vancouver stay.

All windows have roller blinds, but the bedrooms have additional custom black-out blinds to provide the perfect sleeping environment. The two queen-sized mattresses are organic latex hybrid, and when combined with quality linens should have you waking up refreshed after a beautiful sleep.

A smart TV for your viewing pleasure. I have loaded it up with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and Disney Plus. There are also some TV Channels on the LG Home Screen.

Guests also have access to an amenities room on the main level, and the small gym with a sauna in the basement of the building.
