Cozy Garden Suite w/ Private Entrance
Situated in charming Strathcona neighbourhood of Vancouver, this suite is centrally located close to Downtown, Commercial Drive, Chinatown, Gastown, restaurants, breweries, parks and grocery stores. Our cozy, open concept suite features private entrance, a queen bed, full bathroom, loveseat, HDTV, eating area, mini fridge, and kitchenette.
Our home is located in the 3rd most walkable neighborhood in Vancouver and is a cyclist's paradise, with access to transit close by.
Our place is in a quaint urban residential neighbourhood, centrally located close to Main Street Skytrain Station, Waterfront Canada Line, False Creek Sea Wall, Gastown, Chinatown. Convenience stores on the block, coffee shops and local craft breweries around the corner and mid-size grocery store close by.

Many guests who stay with us often continue their journey on a cruise ship departing from Vancouver Port. Based on our own cruising experience and guest's feedback, it's usually perfectly fine to arrive at the port earlier than the time listed on your boarding pass. Cruise terminals often begin processing passengers ahead of schedule, and arriving a bit early can mean shorter lines and a more relaxed start to your trip. However, it's always advised to check with your cruise line.
There are stairs, with handrail for safety, from street level to access our guest street. You will walk approximately 12 steps. Unfortunately our suite is not wheelchair accessible.
While the suite is not equipped with a full kitchen, it has a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, ovenette, toaster and 2 seat dining table.

- Flat screen 47" HDTV Smart TV with Netflix and standard cable
- High-speed Wireless Internet access
- Queen size bed with duvet and extra blankets
- Three piece bathroom
Other things to note: limited street parking, with some restrictions (resident permit only and 2hrs Monday to Friday) on the block and throughout the neighbourhood.

- We live upstairs and as in any home, sound can travel. While we strive to keep noise levels down, we do have two young children.
- For everyone's health and comfort, our property is a smoke free environment. Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the suite or anywhere on the property.
- Privacy/ quiet - our neighbours are within close proximity, privacy is of utmost importance. We ask guests not to sit on the back deck. Quiet hours 10pm to 7am
- Sorry, our suite is not set up to accommodate pets or children.

While taking a stroll through our unique neghbourhood, you'll notice colourful gardens, hip new retailers, local craft breweries and outstanding dining options for every occasion. Our place is walking distance to trendy Commercial Drive to the east and Gastown, Yaletown and Downtown to the west.
