Just steps away from some of the best bars, restaurants and cafes in the city, this loft is a perfect place to experience downtown living in Vancouver. Walking distance to the downtown core, Chinatown, Olympic village, Stanley park and public transport. Enjoy luminous loft living in this 850 sqft space boasting original brick walls, hardwood floors and a gas fireplace. Beautifully furnished and truly a unique space in the heart of historic Gastown. No parking in the building but plenty available nearby.

The unit is located in the downtown core area so some street noise is to be expected. If you are looking for total silence then this might not be the best fit for you. 24-159962

The location was amazing and made everything so walkable. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We felt very safe while in the building. We enjoyed the large amount of food and coffee shops around the apartment. The only downside we had was that there was no elevator. It was my fault for not noticing that it was a 3rd floor walkup when we had a ton of luggage.

Excellent space with great facilities. Well stocked kitchen with all sorts of gadgets, plenty of crockery and glassware. Dish washer, washing machine and dryer extremely useful.In a great location with easy access to restaurants etc, and lots of transport options.There is only one negative. It's not the general level of street noise but the excess 'party' noise from about 11 pm to about 3 am. This waxes and wanes over the time and surprisingly the worst night was a Thursday. We kind of got used to it and managed to get sleep. If you are a light sleeper this place is not for you.There is a lot of homelessness and drug use in the area too, so if this worries you will want to stay elsewhere.

Owner was really nice and the inside of the property was really nice. Comfortable stay for my wife and I and I would highly recommend for others. Area near it was decent with lots of dining and shopping around.

This rental was a gem, and exactly what we were looking for. In the heart of everything we wanted to do, and very walkable. The clubs across the street were very popular, but the brick walls and fans kept the noise to a minimum when we wanted to sleep. The Ukranian restaurant on the corner (Kozak's) and the Twisted Fork were both fabulous restaurants.

Zentrales Appartement in Gastown

Wir konnten von hier aus alles zu Fuss oder mit Wassertaxi erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt wirklich mitten in Gastown direkt ander Waterfront St. Das Einchecken ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber dann sind wir doch noch in die Wohnung gelangt. Nachts nicht ganz so ruhig, dafür halt zentral.
