This is a very family friendly property for those looking for a care-free, casual environment with everything needed to create summer memories for years to come. This is such a sought after location within a very short distance to a private association bay side beach at Winslow Landing. And it is an equally short walkable distance to shops, great seafood and ice cream at JT's, a favorite family eating spot after a fun day at the beach. The Cape Cod Rail Trail Bike Trail is only a half mile away via Thad Ellis Road.

Enter this home and find a spacious sunroom, living room with television, dining area, a full kitchen, half bath including a laundry area with washer and dryer, and a bedroom with two twin beds.

The second floor offers 5 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom with a combination tub and shower. Two bedrooms have a window air conditioner and the other bedrooms have window fans.

The outdoors has so much to offer. There is an ample deck with two large picnic tables and gas grill for daily BBQ's, and there is an enclosed outdoor shower at the far end. And then you will find so many ways to enjoy this expanded yard with the gazebo, fire pit area with fire wood provided, bench swing, basketball hoop, sand box, hammock and one adult bicycle.

Beds: First Floor; Bedroom #1 - 2 Twin Beds. Second Floor; Bedroom #2 - 2 Twin Beds, Bedroom #3 - 1 Queen Bed, Bedroom #4 - 2 Twin Beds, Bedroom #5 - 1 Double Bed, Bedroom #6 - 2 Twin Beds. There is also a child's Pack and Play Portable Crib and high chair available.
