Spread comfortably across three fully air-conditioned levels, the home offers multiple living spaces, a dedicated home office, and room for everyone to relax or work with ease.
The fully finished basement is a guest favorite, featuring a movie-night setup with large TV, cozy seating, and a popcorn maker (popcorn included), plus light fitness equipment for staying active. Upstairs and main-floor living areas provide quiet zones for reading, games, or unwinding.
Step outside to a private backyard that backs onto green space, complete with a hot tub, fire pit, and seating—perfect for evenings under the stars. Families will love the nearby parks, pathways, and access to Mahogany’s lake community amenities.
