Just minutes from Deer Valley Resort, the home also offers complimentary on-demand shuttle service throughout Deer Valley, Historic Main Street, and Park City Mountain Village, creating effortless access to skiing, dining, and evenings in town.
Custom finishes and thoughtful design details are layered throughout the home, from statement lighting and natural stone accent walls to lush furnishings and curated artwork. Every element has been selected to create an environment that feels both refined and welcoming.
The open-concept living area is perfect for gathering, with a plush sectional sofa, cozy gas fireplace, soaring ceilings, and sweeping mountain views, creating a inviting space to relax and reconnect after a day of adventure. The chef-style kitchen, outfitted with high-end Thermador appliances, is bright and spacious and ideal for entertaining, with seating for three at the island and seating for 10 at the dining table.
The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, offering four beautifully appointed bedrooms:
• Two spacious suites with king-sized beds and elegant en suite bathrooms.
• One bedroom with two XL twin beds (which can be converted to a California king-size bed with 24-hours’ notice) and a stylish en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
