NOUVEAU 4Bd Remodeled Ski Property: en haut de la rue principale, The Townhouse Sleeps 8+

2018 REMODELED: vient de terminer Décembre 2018! Cette fantastique maison de ville présente un design contemporain et dispose de 4 chambres (qui comprend un loft confortable avec deux lits jumeaux) et de 3 salles de bains. La maison de ville est adossée à une colline enneigée isolée et possède son propre bain à remous pour 8 personnes, idéal pour se détendre après une journée de ski! Cette Maison de ville a vraiment l'emplacement parfait au sommet de la rue Main offrant un accès à pied rapide à tous les commerces et restaurants sur la rue Main et de l'accès à l'Townlift au bas de la rue Main. Il est également situé à seulement quelques pas du tramway GRATUIT de la rue principale, qui peut déposer des invités n'importe où dans la rue principale! Le Mountain Trolley est géré par son propriétaire, avec pour objectif de faire en sorte que les clients se sentent comme chez eux!

Cet emplacement idéal de la vieille ville dispose de deux places de stationnement dans la rue! , Certains clients choisissent de ne pas louer de véhicule en raison de son emplacement et de l’accès facile à la rue principale, aux moyens de transport et au ski! L'accès aux pistes par le Free Main Street Trolley et le système de bus gratuit Park City rend le séjour au Mountain Trolley Townhouse très pratique! La maison de ville a été bien aménagée avec un mobilier contemporain et confortable! Il y a de nouveaux planchers en bois, une nouvelle cheminée en pierre blanche contemporaine, une nouvelle cuisine avec des comptoirs en quartz blanc et de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable Jennaire, de hauts plafonds voûtés dans le salon, deux suites parentales avec salles de bains privées, dont l'une avec chambre a une vanité de maquillage intégrée et un grand maître dans le placard! Notre intention est de faire en sorte que nos clients se sentent comme chez eux!

Beautiful home, great location

We had a fantastic stay at Julie’s property! She was able to accommodate our family last minute, and was easy to communicate with. Her home is updated and beautifully decorated, and a short walk to Main Street as well as many hiking trails. We hope to stay at Julie’s home again!

The Perfect Park City Home

My family loved this property. Perfect in all ways. Super nice home, short walk to main street, easy access to trolley, and very spacious. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for our party of 10. I highly recommend this property for any stay in Park City.

Location!

This is our second year at Mountain Trolley. We love the house because it easily fits our whole family and visiting friends. The location is perfect!. It is very well maintained. Julie is a very attentive owner!

Amazing house and location!

This house was beautiful and the perfect stay for our girls trip to Park City! The house was clean, had plenty of space for everyone, and was a short walk to Main Street where we enjoyed the restaurants and shopping. Truly so convenient! Julie was so helpful and accommodating while we were there and leading up to the trip. Highly recommend this house and we hope to stay here again in the future!

Guys trip

We are a group of guys in their 40’s and have been doing an annual ski/board trip the past 10 years. We try different locations each year. This home hit all the marks - spacious, all the amenities including a clean and functioning hot tub. The shuttle stop is a stones throw away and drops you right at the chair in town. It’s also walkable from some great restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful mountain home at top of main street!

We loved our stay here! The house is beautifully done - gorgeous kitchen is what sold me. But bathrooms and bedrooms are also beautiful. We loved the downstairs area almost like it's own little apartment, and our son enjoyed hisncozy room up top with skylights. We had a great stay with 5 adults and 3 teens. Loved the location and taking the trolly around main street. Julie is an amazing host too - very responsive!

Christmas in Park City

This property is in a great location for walking to down town. No need to drive. You can even walk to the ski lifts if you like a little exercise. The size was perfect for 6 of us and had a nice kitchen with all the amenities for cooking a Christmas dinner. The host was very kind, attentive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Team house for Sundance

We had a great stay at Julie's house and she was a fantastic and very responsive host. Our team was in town for the Sundance Film Festival and the location was perfect. The room configuration worked well for us and the house was very well equipped. The property is a duplex, which is hard to tell from the photographs. We would stay here again!

Lovely stay!

The townhouse was exactly like the pictures and description in the listing. It was very clean and well stocked. The layout is great for two families as the downstairs suite provides a separate seating area and mini bar area. The location is perfect for walking down to Main Street. We walked all the way down to the end of Main Street and back multiple times. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. Overall a great experience.

Great space with direct access to Old Town

The townhome was roomier than we anticipated and has excellent separation of space. There are five of us (three adult daughters) and we spent our Thanksgiving here. It’s convenient to go everywhere in Park City. We walked to Old Town for everything and, again, the trolley passes by 2 houses from this property. I also want to add how thankful we were that since our flight left late on the day we were able to stay at the property later than the normal checkout time—thank you again Julie!! One of our favorite family trips ever!

A quick stroll or ride on the Free Main Street Trolley, will have you at the bottom of Main Street where you can load onto the Townlift and Ski the largest ski area in North America! Vail now owns both Park City Mountain and the Canyons and has joined these world famous resorts by building a 50 million dollar gondola a few years ago!
