Amazing Place and Location!

This house was great. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly cozy for a ski weekend with friends. It was very easy to get to both the mountain and town.

Excellent property close to Deer Valley!

We stayed over President's Day weekend and had a great time. The home has 2 master bedrooms with king beds and several bedrooms with queens which were well distributed within the house - nice for sharing with multiple families. Host and property management company were both kind and responsive. Excellent proximity to Deer Valley. Highly recommend!

Beautiful summertime location

We enjoyed that every bedroom had a bathroom. They were very clean with good showers. Hot water can be a problem if more than one person is showering at a time.The surrounding area is beautiful. The carpet is new. a step up into the hot tub would have been nice. The interior of the house was clean, but the main deck was dirty. I think it was overlooked in the cleaning process. Being summer time, this is where we wanted to congregate but we had to clean it first. We would stay here again.

Great spot for a group ski vacation

Spacious home with a well-equipped kitchen and comfy common areas made this the perfect spot for a big group. Proximity to the free bus made access to ski hills and town easy and convenient.

Short Drive to Deer Valley

Located about a half mile from Deer Valley Ski Area. Plenty large enough for our family of 11. Near what appears to be a nice park. Not useful in the winter, but looks like it could be nice in the summer. Had most everything we needed to cook with, but some larger pots and pans would have been nice for our large group.

Great summer stop. Right at the bottom of Solamere, so easy access to everything with lots of green space. Kitchen in good condition which is important to us.

Great, spacious home!

The house was perfect for a group of friends gathering in Park City for a long ski weekend. It was spacious and comfortable - extremely clean and the host was very responsive when we had questions about what was available for a kid under 2.

Super comfortable home for larger groups. Large bed and bathrooms.

Super simple communication for the check in process as well as using the amenities of the house; Wi-Fi, hot tub, garage, etc. this home is perfect to host larger groups as it gives enough space and privacy for couples.

Plenty of space for a large group of friends on a skit trip. Had to stagger showers a bit for hot water to accommodate everyone but everything about the place was great for our large group!

Awesome Stay!!

We loved this property! Location is perfect. Each room has its own bathroom, plenty of central space for large groups. Great yard for playing in the snow. Loved the hot tub! Tony bent over backwards to help make sure that our stay in Park City was a total success!

Great stay!

House was great for our group of us, our 3 adult children and their 3 children. We all felt that the rooms were bigger than we thought they would be. We had plenty of space to spread out and loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The location near Deer Valley and town worked out great for us - it was very easy to get around. The hot tub right outside the door was very nice and we also loved that it had a garage. We did have a little trouble with everyone having hot water and the toilet in one room would sometimes take a long time to refill and be able to flush, but we were able to work around those issues. We had to call for a minor problem and the host was very responsive. Overall, a very nice stay!

Snow Days

We received over 30" of new snow over the week. House was great and worked very well for our group. The snow removal crew showed up every night to make it easy for us to come and go. We'd stay at this house again....

Great place near deer valley

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Very comfortable. Rooms are spacious and the kitchens and bathrooms were clean. Location is great to deer valley and wifi was good enough for a couple people to do work. Only thing that could have improved our stay was the hot water, as it went out a couple of times when multiple people were showering. Somewhat to be expected.

Check in was a little worrisome as they gave directions to wrong address, but on call was super helpful. Received 2-3 ft of snow over 3 days and this house was perfect place to ring in the New Year. Ideal location for skiing deer valley. we would rent this property in the future if available. thank you!!

Time for some updates

Overall the property was nice from a visual standpoint. However, it's time for an investment in the home. Most of the furniture was dated and well broken in. The major issue was the random hot water throughout the house. Each day a different bathroom would have hot water and others would not. A couple days the sinks also didn't have hot water. One upstairs bathroom with two showers and only one functional, it felt as if the faucet would break before you pulled hard enough to get the water on. This is not what you expect to endure for a place at this cost.I called the property management who said they would send someone over, and I can only assume the person came while we were at dinner, but no communication by phone, email, text, or written was left. I definitely expected better.

Great location

The property is beautiful and the location is 5 minutes from DV. The home is very comfortable with large bedrooms and strong showers. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We appreciated the late checkout so we could squeeze in another day of skiing and relax before our flight. The management company (Alpine) was not easy to work with. We have stayed at many VRBOs at various ski resorts, and a family fireplace room is one of our main criteria in choosing a home. After a cold day of skiing, warming up next to a fireplace is something we look forward to every trip and sharing our stories of the day while drinking hot coco. The fireplace did not work during our stay. When we arrived on our first day, we complained and was told someone would come the next day to fix it. This story repeated itself every day, and the fireplace was never fixed. Eventually, we were told that the fireplace has not been working for a while, definitely not working prior to our stay. We should have been informed prior to our stay of this, or at least be told the first day we complained. Instead, we had to call and manage this issue the entire time. It was suggested we use the small electric fireplace in one of the bedrooms. However, a couple was staying in that bedroom, and it did not make sense for the kids and other couples to gather in someone else's bedroom. Also, the previous guests' garbage and overflowing bins greeted us on our first day. It was smelly and not a good first impression. It took two days for the management to pick up the garbage. Lastly, we expected the kitchen to be better stocked. There was no sugar or coffee filters. Minor inconveniences, but it was the first time we have ever stayed at a vrbo where these basic kitchen supplies were not provided. Even a starter kit would have been appreciated. Our calls/texts to the management were also not returned in a timely manner. Overall, the location and room comfort were great. However, we were disappointed in the overall services/management of the property and would choose another property with better management. Deer Valley ski trips are very expensive, including the housing. For this price, we expected better service, especially after a long day of skiing when everyone is tired.

SOOOOO Disapointed!!!

We have stayed in VRBOs all over the country and Canada and base our review on a plethora of homes.By far, this rental rated the lowest of all of our rentals.First, the positives:OWNERS are very nice/responsive/accomodating.Home's floor plan comfortably accommodates a large group. Each room has an en suite-wonderful feature.Location to ski resorts/Park City is convenient.Neighborhood that the home is located in is beautiful. The hot tub is wonderful!Negatives: With exception of 2 issues (master tub/shower not draining and screaming central heater that kept us up for 3 nights.Tub/shower issue was corrected the next morning.Heater was corrected on the 4th day) the property management company was unresponsive.We reported that the bedspreads were so dusty that we were all stuffed up throughout the nights. We called the management company and were assured they would take care of it.They never did.We emailed to repeat our concern,no response. Including to the above,additional concerns: 1.The house was clean on the surface, but is in grave need of a deep cleaning; 2.Poorly equipt kitchen-outdated and minimal equipment: clearly cast offs( ie, 2 blenders that didn't function and odds and ends pans); 3.minimal provisions provisions ie.,1 roll of paper towels, 5 kitchen trash bags, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, no coffee filters, no baggies, no foil, 1 trash can left full with previous renters' garbage. 4.Balconies as per description were inaccessible due to accumulated frozen snow that were un-shovelled/maintained. 5.Barbecue(as advertised) were inaccessible due to snow/ice accumulation;6.Heating ventilation system including intake and out take registers need thorough cleaning; full of dirt/cobwebs;7.Upstairs master tub/shower is unsafe!!! Steep climb in and out. 8.Garage is in need of a thorough cleaning.8.TV in Living Room never worked. We asked for assistance,a technician came out and said the remote needed a new battery pack....but never returned with one so that we could use the TV without manual input; 9. Gas fireplace in living room is decorative only. No heat. We shared our concerns with the property management company at check-out. The response of the front desk: "Sorry about that." We asked for a return call from management to discuss the above concerns. A call has not been received to date. At this price point, we expected so much more. Either the above concerns need to be addressed or the price needs to be lowered.

The house was very comfortable and very roomy and very clean upon arrival. Host takes a day to respond but company he uses is same day. We had no problems that required immediate attention. Some nit pics like ice maker in freezer didn’t work and broiler in oven didn’t work but easy to work around. Hot tub was great. Overall fantastic place. As far as ski access it is close to Deer Valley and farther from PC. We skied PC so had to drive each day but if you get parking reservations ahead of time at PC not an issue. 5 minute drive from house.
