The villa features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating your group. The primary bedroom boasts a King bed, ensuite bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the water, while the second bedroom includes two Twin beds, its own ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony—perfect for enjoying quiet mornings or evening breezes. An open living area invites you to unwind after a day of island adventures, and the in-unit washer and dryer add everyday convenience to your stay.

Step outside to enjoy the gas grill, or head just moments away to the community pool for a refreshing dip. You’re located less than half a mile from the iconic Harbour Town Golf Links and Lighthouse, placing you right in the heart of Sea Pines.

Sea Pines is renowned for its world-class amenities, including miles of scenic bike paths, pristine beaches, Harbour Town Marina, championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball, waterfront dining, shopping, and unforgettable island views. To help you explore it all, four adult bikes are provided by South Beach Bicycles, along with four backpack beach chairs for easy beach days.
