Cette belle 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain maison de ville est situé au cœur de Harbour Town. Décorées dans des couleurs vives et fantaisistes cette villa est sûr de plaire! Cette maison de ville avec vues spectaculaires sur les marais offre beaucoup d'intimité. Le niveau de vie principal accueille la cuisine, la salle à manger, le salon, ainsi qu'une chambre équipée d'un lit queen et d'un lit jumeau. Cette chambre accède à la salle de bain située dans le hall. Au deuxième étage, il y a 2 chambres supplémentaires. Chacune de ces chambres est équipée d'une literie king-size et d'une salle de bains privative.

Toutes les salles de bains ont été récemment rénovées avec des meubles en marbre, de nouvelles installations et des douches en tuiles. L'accès au patio arrière se fait par le charmant coin salon / salle à manger. C'est l'endroit idéal pour observer les oiseaux, profiter du soleil de l'après-midi et griller sur le gril à gaz. Cette villa est idéale pour les familles et les groupes de golf.

We loved staying here!! The place was wonderful. Very roomy, clean, , right by the pool, and had pretty views! You’re in walking distance to Harbour town. About 10 minutes from everything else. Great location!

This was our third time staying in Stoney Creek Villas and our second time working with The Vacation Company as the host. The villa was just as described and immaculately clean. Check in was easy and The Vacation Company makes sure every detail is perfect for your stay. Communication was easy and they go out of their way to be super helpful. The view from the living room/dining room/patio is just beautiful and the complex’s large pool is just steps away. Will definitely stay again!

As always, we’ve had a wonderful time in Hilton Head.The setting for this condo is nice as it overlooks a creek.The deer visiting us every day was the highlight of the morning. We would feed them apples and carrots, and they would appear twice daily to see us. This location is perfect for a bike ride to the beach and is close enough to walk to Harbourtown for breakfast. The unit is clean and has everything you need and is very close do the pool in the complex.We’ll be back!

End unit and would definitely stay here again. Great for our family of 4 including two children who relished having their own rooms and bathrooms.

We enjoyed our stay at this property! Location and size of this villa are amazing. The company was easily accessed if in need of anything. The toiletries provided are a nice addition. Kitchen could use a few extras, such as hot pads. We would recommend this property.

Summer vacation 2025

Excellent accommodations. Our family loved the 3 bedrooms and ample sized living room. The views of the marsh are excellent. The proximity of the pool made it great to spend all day there. We also enjoyed the wildlife (deer, birds, bunnies, crabs) that visited us daily.

Perfect location and townhouse

The location was perfect for us. Easy walk to Harbour Town and about a 15 min bike ride to the beach. The townhouse was in great condition, comfortable beds, right next to the pool and beautiful marsh views. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

Booking was seamless. Check-in worked well as the condo was available earlier than advertised. Keypad entry was simple, condo came as advertised with plenty of towels for pool or beach.

Great location!

We stayed for two weeks. The location is close to Harbor Town. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some of our meals. The patio was private and backed up to a marshy area. We were visited by 3 deer each evening. We hope to rent here again.

Excellent introduction to Hilton Head

We stayed at this property during the first week of May, for our first trip to the Hilton Head area, and could not have been more delighted with it. The location was perfect for a quick walk into Harbour Town via the bike path, and the unit was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed watching the changes in the tidal marsh throughout the day from the living room. The layout of the condo is welcoming and well-suited to relaxation; we would happily stay here again.

Relaxing Nature

The location was perfect for us!We biked quite a few times. We went to Harbourtown and also to the Salty Dog.Every morning we woke up to deer outside our door, along with rabbits and birds; it was magical.We loved having the three “master “bedrooms, each with their own bath, as we had all adults in our group.The starter gifts of shampoo and kitchen essentials was perfect as it got us through the week. We really loved your Villa and we will be back!

Great Stay Near Harbour Town

We have stayed at a number of Stoney Creek condos over the years and this was by far our favorite. The condo is an end unit with the extended floor plan that feels very private. The view over Deer Island is great and we even had nightly visits from the resident deer population. The condo was well equipped, comfortable and clean. The Vacation Company is very responsive to any needs and did a fantastic job with our mid-stay cleaning. We highly recommend this property.

House on the Marsh

Loved the house and location! Everything was wonderful with one exception: the two bathrooms with tub/showers. The high side of the soaking tubs and glass enclosures made it difficult to access. Had to share the walk-in shower in the master with guests.

Great property

This is a wonderful townhome. The marsh view from the outside patio area is a great place to sit and enjoy the quiet. I even had 2 deer that would come up to visit. The townhome is well stocked and very spacious. I arrived the final day of the Heritage and had a hard time getting to the condo but the person on call for the Vacation Company that I rented through was very helpful. Sea Pines is my favorite place to stay in Hilton Head. The biking trails are wonderful and it's nice to be near both Harbor Town and Salty Dog. I would highly recommend this townhome.

Superb Sea Pines Beach Condo

This property is exactly as advertised. It is nestled next to a marsh and is steps away from the heated community pool. The beds were comfortable and clean. There was plenty of room for our family and kids. They even had beach toys for use and toys for the kids. The location was close to the beach and the Harbour Town area was a short walk away. Plenty of beach towels were also included! The check in was easy and the parking passes made it easy to access the Sea Pines Resort. There were also plenty of amenities (linens, towels, shampoo/conditioner, and cleaning supplies). 5/5, would stay here again!

5 STAR PROPERTY!!! 😃

If I could give this property more than 5 stars I would. This villa was absolutely AMAZING, from the location of the neighborhood to the location of the unit. Situated on a tranquil tidal marsh with a wide array of wildlife and stunning sunsets, yet steps away from a very nice community pool. The villa was beautifully decorated in a coastal theme and had everything our family needed and more. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the temperature of the unit remained at a constant pleasant temperature. The ice maker kept up with our needs which was a pleasant surprise and the clothes dryer was extremely efficient. I just can’t say enough positive things about this property and would not hesitate to rent it again. A true gem in Sea Pines!
