Escape to a delightful villa that is both a golf lover's and family friendly dream. This tastefully and completely renovated 2-bedroom retreat offers the convenience of walking to all of the food and fun in the marina, including the Harbour Town Golf Club, Links, Harbour Town Pool, an engaging playground for kids, live music, the beautiful yachts on the water and breathtaking sunset views . 921 Cutter Court is on the third floor of a well-maintained elevatored building with lovely views of the Harbour Town Links from the balcony. This property offers free access to the heated Harbour Town pool, a rare complimentary amenity for this area. The trolley line pickup to the beach is just steps away. The owners of this top tier property have invested in creating a quality, safe, modern and comfortable property ready to welcome you and your guests.

Cooking will be a joy when preparing in the brand new kitchen renovated in 2025, highlighted by top end fixtures. Most properties in this building must share a laundry room, but this property offers the conveniences of on site laundry right inside the property! Spacious living and dining areas, large smart TV's, new flooring, furniture, upgraded WIFI and HVAC so much more. The second bedroom has both a queen and a twin bed, and there is also a sofa sleeper in the living room section should you require additional sleeping options. The Sea Pines Resort trolley picks up right in Harbour Town to take you to the beautiful white sand beaches at the Beach Club or South Beach Marina. This property is not pet friendly.

As with all of our villas, two free bikes will be waiting when you arrive. Use them to explore the many wide bike paths going just about everywhere within SeaPines- You don't really need your car much for this vacation. We provide a free family fitness pass and free tennis during the afternoons at South Beach. Beach towels and chairs and free WIFI are also included.
Check in is a breeze as we mail your vehicle pass and door code ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need to wait in line and stop at security. There is plenty of unreserved parking in the area for two cars. Simply head straight to your villa, and begin to enjoy the club, beach, pool or marina. Relax and unwind. A memorable vacation is waiting for you!

Everything was just perfect! It was a great location, close to everything and very well maintained and clean. The owners put a lot of thought into making it comfortable for guest by providing everything you could possibly need! We had a couple questions during our stay and the owners were very attentive and quick and getting back to us. We would definitely recommend and stay again!!

The condo was just as described and convenient location to the harbor, shops, pool, etc! It was great that the unit came with beach chairs and bikes! We biked everyday to the beach! We will definitely stay here again!

Stay was excellent - location was perfect. Property had beach chairs, beach towels & plenty of blankets. We were unable to locate the bikes but were easy and inexpensive both to rent. Would def stay again!

To help our future guests, we labeled our bikes on the bike rack with the property address. They are silver bikes managed by South Beach, our local partners.

Cute 2 bedroom villa in a great, walkable location! Access to the pool which is across the street, 5 minute walk to the bakery and playground. 7-10 minutes to restaurants, shopping, ice cream and the lighthouse. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Being a shorter person the master bed was just too high I had to switch out rooms with my daughter who of course was not complaing but just be aware it’s a high bed We had no issues on our visit very nice area close to the harbour town !

Family Fun

Great little condo for our 5 day stay. It was my husband, my 21 year old college daughter and I. I have been coming to HHI for over 40 years since I was 10 years old. My kids have been coming for as long as they can remember. My in-laws used to own a home in Sea Pines. They sadly passed away last year and home was sold. We did all the things we love, ride bikes, walk on the beach, eat at all of our favorite places and relax. Thanks for a great vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and the location was perfect. We brought our own toiletries but they provided all of the essentials as well. They have beach chairs that we used and there’s also a pass to use the swimming pool. The condo was clean and didn’t have any weird smells. The air conditioning worked perfectly.The host mailed us a pass for SeaPines before we left for the trip and the door code worked at the condo so all we had to do was drive down and bring our bags inside. The host was great and was very responsive to all of our questions and requests. We actually needed to change our dates and they were able to accommodate that request. We accidentally left our iPad and pillow at the condo and they were able to get those items back to us within the week. I really can’t say enough about how awesome they were. We’ve never had a bad experience with a host but this was such a good experience that it really stands out. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay near Harbortown this place is it!
