Property was the perfect size for my family of 3. Unit was clean and well decorated. Bedroom and living room was comfortable and spacious . Being a first floor unit, there was some noise from the unit above but that is to be expected. It was nice having a dedicated parking spot under the building. I wish we would have had access to the storage room under the unit. It would have helped with dragging sand in the unit from our beach chairs. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely keep this unit in mind for our next trip to Surf City.
