The space
The main floor features a bright and spacious living room with an large U-shaped sectional and a cozy fireplace. Down the hall, you'll find the master bedroom, two smaller bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms.

At the back of the upper floor is a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room, and a covered patio—perfect for dining outdoors beside the hot tub while watching the poolside fun.

The lower level includes a playroom with a pull-out couch, exercise equipment, a pinball machine, and a dedicated office space. There's also an additional bedroom with a double bed, newly renovated full bathroom with tub and a laundry room with a brand-new stackable washer and dryer.

The backyard features a seasonal pool (June - Sept) set on artificial turf, along with soccer nets and various other outdoor activities.

This house is bright, spacious, clutter-free, and perfect for relaxing.

Other things to note
There is a secondary suite located at the back of the main floor. It may be rented to other Airbnb guests. The suite has a separate, private entrance.

The covered patio on the ground floor is used by guests staying in the secondary suite.

Pool season typically runs from May to September. Hot tub runs all year long.

A 10-foot Christmas tree and seasonal decorations are set up from November until January
