• Exterior security cameras are installed at the front entrance, driveway, and backyard (facing outward only). No indoor cameras. • No parties or events. Excessive noise or neighbor complaints will result in immediate cancellation without refund. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. • Maximum occupancy applies. Unauthorized guests will be charged $100 per guest per night. • No smoking indoors. Violation results in a $1,000 de-smoking fee. Cleaning fee:$350+ tax
• Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM (early/late requests subject to approval & fee). • Pets allowed case-by-case with advance notice and additional cleaning fees.
PLEASE NOTE that the hot tub and BBQ will be ready by the end of January.
• Hot tub use requires 24-hour notice and a $100 setup/cleaning fee. Rules apply for safety and cleanliness. • Issues must be reported within 2 hours of check-in. • Lost or damaged keys/fobs incur a $150 replacement fee. • Guests agree not to hold the host liable for injuries or accidents on the property.
