I had a really good stay at Henry’s place overall. The location was not exactly where I originally expected it to be, but it was still extremely close and ended up being great for what I needed. It also is very convenient for NYU, which can be a huge plus, and getting around the area is easy.The building felt very safe and secure, with a high level of security and staff at the entrance. I did have one slightly weird encounter with one of the doormen, but it was not a major issue and did not affect the rest of my stay.Henry was very nice, responsive, and easy to communicate with. I also met him in person when he came by to show the apartment to someone during my stay, he is friendly and respectful. The apartment itself was comfortable, although there was a little clutter from some personal belongings. This was not a problem for me as I did not bring much or stay too long, so I didn't need storage.One thing to note is that there is some construction going on around the building depending on when you stay, but I personally could not really hear it that often from the apartment. The quirks of New York. I was also hoping to maybe go on the rooftop, but unfortunately it was closed during my stay, so if rooftop access is important to you, I would definitely recommend asking about it beforehand.Overall, I had a positive experience and would consider staying here again. I recommend this VRBO!
