Our host was amazingly attentive and everything was seamless in check in and check out. He checked in onus several times to make sure all was good. The neighborhood was safe and close to transportation, shops, restaurants and a laundry where you can drop off and pickup same day. The doorman, Chris, was helpful with recommendations and luggage. I will definitely rebook on my next NY trip.

Wonderful NYC Accommodation: Great Location

We have a flawless stay during our long weekend visit to NYC. Host was very helpful and available. Made great dinner recommendations which we heeded and enjoyed. Great location near the Met and Central Park. Comfortable beds and we slept and rested well after busy days. Highly recommend!

A perfect oasis in the city!

This is a charming and very comfortable pied-a-terre in a great neighborhood, a few short blocks from the subway, a stone's throw from the Met, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The bed is extremely comfortable, everything was spotless. Our communication with Mark was excellent, as my daughter said "he treats everyone like an old friend". We will definitely be back!

Ideal

Our family of 4 stayed here over New Yrs. Its a quick hop on the subway to get downtown and is walkable to Central Park and restaurants. The host also went above and beyond to be accommodating without being intrusive. For a place to stay in Manhattan it perfect - we had a family of 4 and had enough room.

NY Marathon Trip

The Neighborhood was Great. The Apartment was very nice. Need some updates: microwave needs to be replaced, the drainage in the bathroom sink needs to be fixed. I almost moved the furniture around in the bedroom, as I am a decorator. The bed was very comfortable.

A little gem in the UES

A perfect place, located in close proximity to many restaurants, Central Park, and Lenox Hill Hospital. Time Square is just a quick subway ride away! The host was very attentive and ensured that our stay was worry-free for my family and I. The apartment was very clean and had all the essentials you may need for a quick stay in the Upper East Side and the balcony was a huge bonus!!

The upper east side is a very safe and quiet neighborhood with parks and restaurants as well as shopping and easy transportation to other parts of the city.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This beautiful apt features a two level space with a half bathroom on the lower level as well as a full bathroom on the upper level ;
a very unique feature for NYC.

The apt includes A terrace to get some fresh air and to relax .

Most hotels and apts in NYC as are very small and don’t offer any outdoor space.

The apt is comfortable and quiet and close to transportation. The apt is also close to Central Park as well as The Met and many restaurants and coffee shops. Also, only a few minutes to Times Square and anywhere else you may want to go in NYC.

Subways, buses, as well as Uber and taxis are easily accessible and ready to take you wherever you may want to go 24 hours a day.
