A very good stay

We were looking forward to this one after a few years of being stuck at home due to the pandemic and we were not let down. Ideally placed in a very calm neighborhood yet only a 10min walk from the beach and harbour. Very good beds, which isn’t always the case with rentals. Keep in mind that if you are bringing your own linens the blankets/covers are double for the bigger beds (260x220). There is an option to rent linens for a fee. Kitchen well equipped, we were only missing an old-fashioned coffee maker but the Dolce Gusto was perfectly fine. Living room also had a very comfortable couch, and a large tv. Not that the TV is that important on holidays but our teenagers loved being able to watch Netflix on the evenings (ok maybe the parents did as well :). Two (3) bathrooms and two showers. One shower a bit on the smaller side but that is usually the case in France. Grocery stores 5 mins away by car (Intermarche and Lidl). I also wish to commend Mr Bezet for being flexible with the dates and for being exceptionally quick to respond to any inquiry we had. All communications were done through the VRBO app. All in all a very good stay and we hope to come back next year!

Séjour du 8 au 15!juillet

Maison idéalement situé à deux minutes de la plage la plus proche. Intérieur récemment rénové avec goût. Maison fonctionnel et tout confort. Les extérieurs ne sont quant à eux pas à la hauteur du prix de la location. : manque d’entretien, reste de matériel de bricolage, parasol défectueux.

J ai fixé le prix de la location selon plusieurs critères : localisation, et accessibilités aux services (plage, port , commerces, quiétude, ...) , mise a disposition de 2 places de parking privées, aménagements intérieur haut de gamme : literie grand confort, canapé d'angle, télé extra large , wifi haut débit , cuisine ultra équipée avec en plus robot culinaire, 2 salons de jardin et oui en effet il y a aussi 2 tréteaux, une pelle et une pioche , car monsieur j habite aussi cette maison et je l entretien. Enfin, le parasol a été acheté neuf en février 2023 , vous étiez donc le 3eme locataire à l'utiliser, les 2 locataires suivants n ont eu aucun problème pour ouvrir ce parasol déporté. cordialement

nous sommes ravis que vous ayez pu passer un agréable séjour , mais déçus que vous n'ayez pas pris soin de la maison (nappe trouée, traces de chaussures sur les chaises) ou des objets de décoration (petit singe cassé)
