The living and dining space is the perfect place to relax, watch TV, unwind on the comfortable sofa, and enjoy meals together.

The dining area comfortably accommodates up to four guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and features glass panels that allow plenty of natural light to flow through the space.

The laundry is equipped with a washer for guest use.

• Check-in is after 3:00 pm; check-out is by 10:00 am
• Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am
• Smoking is permitted on the patio only
• Guests must park in the designated driveway parking for 2B only
• Pets are allowed inside the property
• Additional guests must be approved in advance; fees may apply if not notified
• Luggage drop-off is available on request
• Please dispose of rubbish appropriately during your stay
• Additional charges may apply for excessive waste left at the property

NOT ALLOWED
• Parties or events
• Smoking or vaping inside the property
• Pets on furniture or beds
• Overnight stays exceeding 5 guests
• Parking in the driveway of the other residence (2A), including in front of the garage

Any breach of the above rules may incur penalties.
