Bienvenue Ă  Illoura

Parfaitement situé sur la baie de Phegans, ce bungalow généreusement proportionné de 4 chambres peut accueillir 10 personnes, ainsi qu'un studio séparé pour 2 personnes.
Situé sur un grand front de mer, la retraite a été récemment rénovée et présentée de façon immaculée.
«Illoura», un terme aborigÚne qui signifie «endroit agréable», dispose d'une cuisine moderne avec lave-vaisselle, d'une table à manger pouvant accueillir 12 personnes et de 3 salles de bains modernes, dont 1 avec une grande baignoire.
La zone de plan de vie ouverte traverse de grandes portes bi-pliantes sur le pont extérieur surplombant la baie de Phegans.
Les parois avant et arriÚre sont entiÚrement clÎturées, idéales pour la sécurité des enfants ainsi que de vos amis à quatre pattes.
Illoura a une jetĂ©e privĂ©e idĂ©ale pour la pĂȘche ou la sĂ©curitĂ© de votre bateau et la rampe du bateau est idĂ©alement situĂ©e Ă  seulement 2 minutes.

Relaxing and convenient

We stayed here as a family of adults and had an amazing time. Being a short trip from Sydney to maximise our break time, it still feels very removed from the city and surrounds. The spaces and yard were wonderful for spending time in, and the water views and access were perfect!

Weekend on the waterfront

We spent the weekend, nicely presented property, homely, comfortable, with a great lookout. Great position, walking distance to shops etc. 8 mins drive to Umina and Ettalong beach’s. We would definitely stay again.

Illoura provides everything for the most wonderful weekend away. Caters well for 3 families, with water views from the deck and close to shops and the beaches.

Perfect For Us

The perfect place for us all to spend some quality time together. My kids are now all adults and have partners, which means that there are ten of us when we all get together. Illoura had the ultimate versatility where we could all congregate in the kitchen/dining/lounge area but also have separate areas such as the deck, the jetty and the separate studio. It is close to everywhere we wanted to go but was also so relaxing that we didn't want to go anywhere. I imagine it would be a great summer place but for us in mid winter it was equally amazing. Everything was there that we needed, and all clean and comfortable.

Wedding Weekend

Booked this lovely big house for the weekend of my daughter's wedding as we had family over from England and wanted to spend as much time together as possible, and it exceeded all of my expectations. Spacious, well equipped and a view to die for. Perfect location with evertyhing you need close by. Made this soecial occasion even more memorable. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Relaxing getaway

The house was fantastic. Spacious and well equipped and with beautiful water views. The children loved fishing from the jetty and we were able to hire a boat and moor up. Would highly recommend.

92nd Birthday Celebrations

We needed a house big enough to fit us all and this house did not disappoint.. plenty of beds for everyone. The main area of the house was just gorgeous , super spacious and bifolds opening onto a huge deck that led down to the private jetty. It was the perfect house in the perfect location for our fathers 92nd birthday!!

A beautiful place to relax

Illoura on the Bay is a relaxing hideaway. We loved getting out on the water in kayaks and sitting on the deck to watch the light change over the bay. House is comfortably appointed. We loved being able to take our four-footed friends with us. We'll be back!

Great Stay

Had a lovely weekend get away, to a great spot. House was spacious, clean and the views fabulous. The whole booking in process was seemless and easy. Wonderful realxing holiday with a water view

The house was fantastic. Great location for us. It was very clean spacious and inviting. We are a family group that likes to cook and eat together. The kitchen was great and very well provisioned. There was a huge table to eat at that sat 12 easily and enough room to put food in the middle. The view from the lounge/ kitchen and verandah was just lovely. We'll be back
