Provence village house with a beautiful 1-bedroom rooftop terrace

The house is located in a charming, quiet village 6 km from Forcalquier.

On the first floor, you’ll find a Provençal-style dining room and kitchen, as well as a large laundry room and a restroom.

On the first floor are the bedroom with a beautiful view of the countryside, the bathroom with a large bathtub, and a separate toilet. You can choose between a bedroom with a double bed or a bedroom with two single beds. Please let us know before your arrival so we can prepare the room of your choice.

On the second floor, the living room offers every comfort, including a breakfast nook with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and electric kettle for those who wish to have breakfast near the terrace or on the terrace itself.

The rooftop terrace boasts a beautiful view of the countryside and the village rooftops. It is furnished with a table and chairs, as well as a lounge chair and three armchairs.

It’s very pleasant to enjoy breakfast and dinner on the terrace.

The village of Niozelles is located in the Petite Luberon, very close to Mount Lure. There are beautiful hiking trails nearby. The hilltop villages of Lurs, Banon, Lardiers, and Simiane are worth visiting.

It is also ideally located 5 km from the Durance Valley and therefore very close to the highway leading to Aix-en-Provence (1 hour away) and Gap.

Very easy access to the Verdon Gorges, the Ubaye, and the Queyras.

The Valensole Plateau and its lavender fields are 30 minutes away.

The small Buissonades Lake is 15 minutes away, and the Vanades Lake is 25 minutes away.
