Beach Haven South Pet Friendly - Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is at this North Litchfield Beach cottage. Just 2 minutes from the sandy beach and ocean waves. Featuring a front screened porch that extends the entire width of the house with rockers for those lazy afternoons and evenings and perfect for a morning coffee. This living area, dining area and kitchen have high ceilings with exposed beams. There are 4 bedrooms on the main floor. Two of the bedrooms are on the right side of the living area and have a shared bath with walk-in shower. The two bedrooms on the left side of the living area have a shared bath with a tub/shower combination. There are two bedrooms on the ground level and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. These bedrooms have exterior access only in the carport area. There is a sundeck on the back of the house and the yard is surrounded by trees. Cable TVs, DVD, Internet, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Keurig Coffee Maker, Highchair, Central H/VAC on main level and Window Units on ground floor with baseboard heat, Ceiling Fans, Gas Grill, Screened Porch, Sundeck, Enclosed Outside Showers, Covered Parking.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.

Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.
