We are locals and remodeling our home. We needed somewhere fast and we were accommodated right away. The cottage is absolutely beautiful. The host was very communicative, and the stay was amazing. We will recommend this rental to our friends and family. If needed, we will be back as well.

The place could use more utensils for grilling for example a brush for cleaning the cooking surface. The back deck could use some nice chairs.

The cottage decor was perfect for the coast, so fresh and welcoming. Check in/out was easy. Since the property was pet friendly I took my Aussie mix 4 YO to enjoy the beach for the first time. The back yard being fenced in was a plus. A convenient location to retail, restaurants, golf and beaches. Loved it!!

No hot water. Too much negative signage in the cottage. No trash receptacle for trash. First time I’ve ever had to take my trash away with me and find a place to dump it. The cottage is very cute. It would have been nice to have a tv in the main bedroom.

We’ve followed up with the homeowner, who wanted to share the following: -The lack of hot water is not the experience we want for our guests. A breaker was likely tripped prior to your stay, which turned off the water heater. As this was not reported during your stay, we were unable to address it at the time, but it has since been checked and is working properly -The homeowner understands your concerns about the signage and how it may have felt unwelcoming. The signs are intended to help prevent accidental damage, and this feedback is being reviewed -A trash receptacle is available in the garage, and the cleaning team handles removal after checkout -The homeowner communicated prior to and during your stay and strives to be responsive. Communication is being reviewed We appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve the guest experience.
