The entrance to the lobby/elevator was a bit hidden. Instructions prior to arrival would have been helpful. The elevator broke down while we were there and it made it difficult to get my 86 year old mother up and down to the 2nd floor. No one was available on Sunday for repairs. They did however provide 2 young men to help us out with our luggage.

W e do apologize about the elevator, unfortunately that is not under our control the Conodo Association handles elevator repair. I am glad that someone was able to assist your mother . In the Guest Portal that we send out there are Special Entry instructions for guests regarding check in , I apologize if you missed that! Plese come back again ! Sun Palace Vacations

Unit was clean and comfortable! Very quiet area for June ! Beach short walk away. Laundry first floor was very convenient. Easy access to unit we arrived very late because of weather delays at airport but still got to and in unit very easily. Beds were comfortable and baths attached to bedrooms were very nice. Only issue if older people stay you do have to two flights of stairs to bedrooms! That could pose a small problem! Only thing else tv’s were streaming so no cable for local of major channels! We had a very good stay though!
