Enjoy a relaxing stay in this near-new, open-plan holiday home, perfectly located in beautiful Pohara, Golden Bay.

Just a 2-minute walk from the beach, local café, restaurant, bar, and shop, this home is an ideal base for exploring the area. Pohara Beach is famous for its warm, shallow waters and gentle slope, making it perfect for families and children. Takaka township is only a 10-minute drive away and offers supermarkets, banks, shops, and additional dining options.

The house is fully equipped with quality linen, bath towels, beach towels, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The fully fenced section provides a safe and private space for children to enjoy.

House Rules

* Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the house. Additional cleaning charges may apply if this rule is breached.
* Strictly no pets allowed on the property.
* Please avoid strong or pungent cooking, such as curries or other foods that create lingering odours. If specialised deodorising treatment is required after your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply.
* Please use beach towels outside only and keep house towels for indoor use.
* Used nappies must not be left in rubbish bins and must be removed from the property upon departure.
* Please be considerate of neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level.

Cleaning & Departure

This is a holiday home rather than a hotel, and we kindly ask guests to leave it clean and tidy for the next visitors.

Before departure, please vacuum floors, wipe surfaces, clean kitchen areas and appliances used, clean the oven if used, and leave the property in a tidy condition. Please place used towels in the laundry hamper or bathroom.

The cleaning fee covers stripping beds, laundering and drying linen and towels, and remaking the beds only.

If you would prefer not to undertake departure cleaning, please let us know before your stay and we can arrange a full cleaning service for an additional fee.
