Séjour en balagne

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement, idéalement situé pour découvrir la balagne. Nous avons apprécié son calme, son équipement, la vue magnifique sur la mer, la piscine de la résidence. La communication avec l'hôte avant le séjour et à l'arrivée était parfaite. Befriedigend

Die Wohnung ist ntett und küchenseitig sehr gut ausgestattet, wer kochen will, findet alles, was er braucht. Die Photos vermitteln zum Teil einen idealisierten Eindruck, den großen Sonnenschirm gibt es nicht, das Meer kann man auf der Terrasse sitzend nicht sehen (Hecke). Der große Esstisch steht in einem verglasten Wintergarten, dort ist sehr heiß am Morgen. Draußen auf der Terrasse konnten wir im Juni aufgrund der vielen Mücken nicht sitzen. Der Pool ist lieblos, keine vernünftigen Liegen, keine Sonnenschirme, viele Mücken. Das Bett ist leider sehr kurz. Für Handtücher und Bettwäsche muss man extra bezahlen.

Sehr schöne Lage, schönes Apartment, leichte Defizite

Die positiven Eindrücke, vor allem von der Landschaft auf Korsika, haben überwogen, aber leider war es unmöglich, auf Englisch zu kommunizieren, obwohl es so auch inseriert ist. Das ist im großen und ganzen kein Problem, aber da z.B. eine Sonnenliege mit geringer Qualität (Neupreis 29€) zusammenbrach, war keine Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter möglich, so dass wir, um weiteren Ärger zu vermeiden, auf Drängen des Vermieters einfach nur ersetzt haben. Auch einen angemessenen Hinweis zu geben, dass das Apartment an einigen Stellen nicht sauber war, ist aufgrund der Sprachbarriere (trotz Deepl) nicht möglich gewesen. Somit bleibt als Fazit leider, dass das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis so nicht stimmt, da wir uns nicht hundertprozentig wohlgefühlt haben.

un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans ce très bel appartement situé dans une superbe région. Nous avons pleinement profité du domaine avec une piscine tout confort. Situé entre Calvi et l'Ile rousse, il permet de faire de jolies balades. Rien ne manque, on se sent comme chez soi très rapidement. Nous le conseillons fortement

Wunderschöne Aussicht

Das Appartement liegt in einer gepflegten ruhigen Ferienanlage und bietet eine herrliche Aussicht aufs Meer, was nach einem kleinen Fußmarsch von ca. 15-20 Minuten zu erreichen ist. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, der alles anbietet, was man braucht (auch frische Croissants und Baguette). Uns hat der Strand gefallen und wir haben gerne im Restaurant « La Terrasse du port » am Hafen gegessen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und der zuvorkommende Service haben uns überzeugt. Der Gemeinschaftspool der Ferienanlage ist recht groß und sehr sauber. Die Terrasse des Appartements ist geräumig und von herrlichem Oleander umgeben. Das Appartement ist ansprechend eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt über eine Spülmaschine, die wir leider während unseres 14-tägigen Aufenthalts nicht benutzen konnten, da sie in der Woche vor unserer Ankunft kaputtgegangen war, wie wir überrascht bei unserer Ankunft erfuhren. Der Vermieter, mit dem die Kommunikation bis dahin zügig und freundlich funktioniert hatte, zeigte kein Verständnis dafür, dass wir diese Situation sehr ungünstig fanden.

Gerne wieder

Sehr schöne Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Super Aussicht! Kleiner Supermarkt mit sehr leckeren Croissants nicht weit entfernt. Schade war nur, dass der Pool im Oktober geschlossen ist, welches wir erst feststellten, als wir in Badekluft davor standen. Generell wäre eine Beschreibung in English sehr von Vorteil, gut wäre das auch hinsichtlich der Kommunikation am Anreisetag. Insgesamt: sehr gerne wieder.

Magnifique appartement et emplacement parfait

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’emplacement est top, la terrasse et la vue sublimes et l’appartement parfaitement équipé. La résidence est très belle et très bien entretenue. Accueil très agréable et efficace avec Élodie. Quant à la région, elle est juste magnifique.
