The Space:

This Three-bedroom home is designed for easy, functional living, with an open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area forming the heart of the house. The layout creates a comfortable space to cook, dine, and unwind together. Sleeping arrangements include one queen bedroom, twin single bedroom and a king single bedroom with a trundler bed, making it ideal for families. The fully equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom provide all the essentials for a hassle-free stay. Additional features include a hairdryer, portacot, books and games for families, and smoke alarms for safety. Outside, you’ll find a sunny seating area with shade, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Two off-street parking spaces are available.

Local favourites such as Molly B’s Café and Bar are only 2 minutes away, with Nicaú Café & Bar and Ratanui Lodge Restaurant both within a 5-minute walk. The local golf course is around 10 minutes away, and there are many beautiful walks close by. Tākaka township is a short drive for additional shops and services, and the location provides easy access to Tata Beach, Wainui Bay, and the wider Abel Tasman region.
