a private backyard to relax. There is plenty of street parking available. In walking distance you will find the community pool and park with BBQ area.
The house has a full kitchen, a projector (living room), private room (queen bed and TV), and a full bathroom. There is a washer and dryer unit in the backyard.

Central location!

3 nights for Tempe Ironman. Perfect! Easy access/drive to race area, grocery, everything. Quiet; great night’s sleep! Well equipped kitchen to cook full meals. Extremely happy with our stay!

ASU graduation

Came down for a graduation and couldn’t have asked for a better place. It was perfect. Close to the university, shopping, and restaurants. The house was very private and clean and even had some snacks for us. The host answered questions very timely. I would stay here again next time I’m in town. Highly recommended.

nice place in Tempe

We booked Angela's casita because she had equipment for our baby. The stroller/high chair/changing pad were all great. She even bought special baby snacks which was super thoughtful. The adult snacks (and wine!) were great, too. The space was nice and plenty large for our party of 3 adults + 1 baby. The patio and laundry was especially nice to have. Parking was easy and the neighborhood was quiet. Short drive to the airport, ASU, and Papago park (amongst other spots). There were a few (separate) issues with the sinks, that sounded like they would be fixed shortly after we left. Neighborhood isn't particularly walkable, but that was expected. Overall the value is good and the space is very nice. If it weren't for the sink issues, this would have been a 5-star review. Would definitely stay again!

This is the perfect location. Close to everything like Old Town Scottsdale, the Zoo, ASU, The Mill, Tempe Marketplace, Spring Training, Botanical Garden, the Airport and great Freeway Access.
