The Nordseeperle I is an exclusive holiday apartment directly on the North Sea dike, which was classified with 4 stars according to the German Tourism Association E.V.

The old fishing village of Wremen with the North Sea resort lies between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven on the North Sea coast in the old Wurster Land.

The apartment "Nordseeperle I", with its quiet location on the outskirts and direct view of the dike, is the ideal place, both in summer and in winter, to let your mind wander and simply relax.
The farmhouse was originally built in 1750 and rebuilt in 2009. The traditional reed roof gives the house the typical North German flair and keeps the room temperature pleasantly cool in summer and comfortably warm in winter.
Here you will find ideal paths for hiking along the dike. It offers a good starting point for numerous beautiful bike tours. Rental in place.

Pony riding takes place directly from the farm and offers you and your children a very special holiday experience. Guests can watch or help at any time when grooming and feeding the animals (petting is allowed here).

The apartment has a size of approx. 120 square meters and offers 3 bedrooms (2 x 2 beds & 1 x 1 bed), a bathroom and a large living room with wood-burning fireplace incl. Firewood, dining area, large couch area, desk and an open kitchen.
In the design of the apartment, modern meets old in a pleasantly fitting combination, so that our guests can feel comfortable in summer and in winter (with the wood fireplace)!

The following services are also offered:

Flat screens with satellite TV are available in every bedroom and living room. There is also the possibility to watch DVD and Pay-TV Sky in the living room. All you have to do is bring your own Sky card with you on vacation. The connection of a game console is of course also possible at any time via an HDMI input.

In the living area you can look directly out of the bat dormer onto the North Sea dike.
If necessary, you can do all of your office work at your desk, and you can also use the WLAN Internet access free of charge at any time.

The complete kitchen equipment, incl. Dishwasher, convection cooker, 4-ring ceramic hob,
Fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster and Senseo coffee machine will make self-catering very easy for you.

The beds are freshly made and are freshly made at regular intervals. Towels - one bath towel and one normal towel per guest are changed regularly. A high chair and a baby cot are available for children.

Free 3 bicycles (2 adults and a children's bike) are provided.

The free use of a beach chair on the green beach of Wremen directly on the North Sea (only during the season and off-season) with free entry to the beach in Wremen and Dorum through the spa cards, as well as the use of a beach volleyball court on the North Sea dike in Wremen.

A private terrace with garden chairs and two garden loungers and use of a barbecue area with a stone grill.

In the modern designed bathroom, washing machine with dryer stand, iron and ironing board are available for your laundry.

A pick-up from the Wremen train station is possible upon request for an additional charge (also with surf equipment).

Pony rides: 5 Icelandic ponies for big and small riders are available all year round on our own pony farm "Deichtölter", directly at the house. Children also like to be led. Help with care and feeding possible. Petting allowed.

Various discounts through the spa cards (according to the spa administration) are available to you during the season and off-season.

A car parking lot at the house and a surf and kitesurf store are also offered.

The final cleaning is included in the rental price!
