Villa Cocos #4 is a modern, newly built home located just 3 blocks from the beach in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. This private villa is perfect for a family of up to 5 guests and offers 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
The open-concept living area features a spacious layout with large sliding doors that lead to a private outdoor patio, ideal for relaxing or enjoying a BBQ. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and all rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort.
The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and includes an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, while the third bedroom features one twin bed. The villa also offers a second full bathroom to accommodate guests.

San Pancho has been a great home for us, we are very proud to say that we live here. We have four villas that we offer on Airbnb, all in the same neighborhood. We also live here so we will be available if you need us. We have been in the business of vacation rentals for over 14 years.
