Nestled at the end of 30A where Rosemary Beach meets Inlet Beach, you’ll find Willow Rose Retreat, a newly built 4 bedroom beach home with a fresh and modern feel. The Preserve at Inlet Beach is a new and golf cart friendly community offering a pool with a pavilion and outdoor fireplace (just one house away) and a community dock at Lake Powell.

Willow Rose Retreat is just a few steps to the community pool and a 5 minute walk to 30Avenue boasting restaurants, shops, live music and events. So many restaurants to choose from including Donut Hole, Idyll Hound Proper, Aja, AMICI, AMIGO’S, CANOPY ROAD CAFE, CUVEE 30A, GOATFEATHERS. Also a short walk to Destin Ice Market, Ghost Crab Pizza, Shades Bar and Grill and Big Bad Breakfast.
A 1/2 mi. walk or bike ride brings you to public Inlet Beach access at Wall St or Winston Ln, now even easier with the new underpass for pedestrians and bikers! Or pack up your beach gear and drive 5 mins to the largest public beach access on 30A. Inlet beach Regional Access at Orange St. has ample parking, restrooms, showers and a ramped access with no stairs.
The picturesque community of Rosemary Beach is less than 1 mile, easy walk/bike ride/drive to fantastic restaurants and shops. Camp Helen State Park is 2 miles away, offering pristine beaches, trails that wind through dunes and along Lake Powell, one of the largest rare coastal dune lakes found only a few places in the world. Willow Rose Retreat is so close to all that 30A has to offer, yet just far enough to retreat from the crowds. Only 25 minutes to the Panama City Beach Airport (ECP)!

Willow Rose Retreat has a spacious open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, stocked with everything you might need to enjoy a meal at home or time with family or friends. The dining table seats up to eight and the expansive island has seating for five. Enjoy the screened in porch with tv, gas fire pit and gas grill in the fully fenced backyard or relax on the welcoming front porch with rocking chairs and enjoy the view!

The Master bedroom is tucked away on the first floor with a luxurious en-suite bathroom, double sinks and walk in shower. Upstairs there are three comfortable guest rooms, two queen rooms share a jack n Jill bathroom and there is a 3rd full bathroom off the hall for the bunk room. A bonus loft area rounds out the second floor with a flat screen tv and a sofa sleeper for additional guests.

For your convenience a full size washer and dryer is located on the first floor and bikes, beach towels, cart, chairs and umbrella are provided for your stay. A Tesla charger is available in the garage. There is also a pack n play, high chair, stroller, toys and games. High speed internet is provided as well as access to your Netflix, Prime, or other streaming services through the smart TVs throughout the home. There are 2 desks, located in the master bedroom and one of the queen rooms. The home is monitored by outdoor security cameras for the safety of all of our guests.

Wonderful Family Vacay home!

We had a great time at this brand new home. They community pool is very close to the house and the house itself was spotless and very clean. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back. Property manager is very responsive to messages and is very helpful.

The perfect vacation spot for young families

This house was perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed to make our stay easy and hassle free. We loved that it had a highchair, kids games and a few baby toys. The upstairs had a little sitting area with a tv which turned out perfect for the kids to relax and watch their shows after a long day at the beach. Close and easy access to the beach and near a fun little shopping and dinning area that was perfect for families. Loved our stay!

Amazing Place!

We had the most wonderful stay at Land By the Sea! Perfect home for a family. Comfortable and very clean. Had so much fun swimming at the community pool and very short drive to the beach. Since the home had all beach accessories provided, made our beach days easy! We loved biking into town for lunch. Highly recommend!

Group Vacation

This place was plenty of room for our 3 families. It rained during our stay so it was nice to be able to change our plans to hang around the house. When the sun was out and we were able to go to the beach, we had plenty of beach equipment for the entire group. Would definitely stay here again!

Piece of Heaven on Earth

This is our fourth or fifth time staying at this property and it never disappoints. It is so conveniently located to all there is to do in Inlet/Rosemary/Alys and the rest of 30A. Close to beach (6 min walk) and with the new underpass below the highway, it's a breeze. The house is always immaculate, has plenty of towels and linens, a fully equipped kitchen and LOTS of space. 10/10

Beautiful House Near Beach

This house was perfect for our family get together. Had beautiful decor. Very close to community swimming pool. Lots of beach toys, etc. Only downside was you had to cross a busy highway to get to the beach. It was a short drive though. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Willow Mist at Inlet Beach

We loved staying at this property. It was so clean and roomy for the 10 of us. The pool was very close, and shopping and restaurants were close. The only problem staying here is that the closest beach access was a public access and parking was a nightmare. With children and beach equipment, walking was not an option. Other than that we loved our stay.

Beautiful Home!

We stayed here with our family and another family with kids. The home had wonderful amenities, games for the kids, grill for cooking and very well stocked cookware ans appliances. Was super close to 30a shops for dining and shopping and a short (less than 3min) drive to beach access. The community pool we had to ourselves the whole time and was only 50yards away. So great for kids and a cool down from the ocean. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking in or near Rosemary beach.

Great family and friends trip!

The house provided our two families plenty of space to gather and spread out. The screened in patio was a nice area for the adults. The kids enjoyed the game selection. The kitchen was great for meal times. We could have used a few necessities such as extra toilet paper, paper towels and foil/ Saran Wrap. A scrub sponge to clean pans better. These are not complaints just feedback. We made some great memories and hope to be back again.

Clean and Bright

The property was just the right size for our party of 8. The house was very clean and nice and bright. The walk to the beach is about an 8-10 min walk which is doable if you don’t need to take much with you. You do have to cross a busy road to get there. We walked it sometimes or drove if we planned on staying longer and took chairs, coolers, games…It is a very quick drive. The proximity to the neighborhood pool couldn’t be much closer, which is great, but you may want to take chairs. There are only a few actual lounge chairs, and they are wooden with no cushions…not comfortable at all. So if you spend a lot of time at the pool that is something to think about. The house is close to several great restaurants off the strip and a short drive to the main 30 A strip. The owner provided lots of nice beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, and other helpful beach gear. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect house for a beach vacation

Willow Rose Retreat was the perfect home away from home for our vacation! I was a little unsure about the location because we’ve always stayed even closer to the beach in the past, but we were pleasantly surprised with how everything turned out. The public Inlet Beach access was not far at all (driving) with ample parking, so it was a breeze for us who enjoyed going in the early morning and evening before sunset. The home is tucked away from the hustle and bustle, which made evenings very relaxing when you’ve spent your day in Rosemary or Seaside. Also, since you’re so close to the Donut Hole, you get a chance at fresh donuts when they open without the insane line. As far as the actual house, the layout of the home is exceptional with bedrooms tucked away from kitchen and living room. The upstairs has another living area with TV to spread out and relax. The house was also very, very clean, which is really important to me since we have a 2-year-old. The home is so well stocked with everything that you could need that you really don’t have to pack much. Beautifully decorated and comfortable in every room, this home is a hidden gem!

A Girls Getaway Wonderland!

If you have any idea how challenging it can be to plan a 4 day beach getaway with 8 well-traveled women and keep ‘em all happy from accommodations to budgets …you can appreciate this new and beautiful jewel of a property on 30A! We rented this before any reviews and can tell you it’s just as described /pictured. The location is perfect for strolling to dinner or the Donut Hole for breakfast, grabbing some food to-go or waiting with wine for a table on the grassy lawns. With plenty of bathrooms for getting these ladies ready we preferred the quick ~3 min drive to the beach. We could return home to the spacious kitchen and living area - with large Smart TV/internet and kitchen table, and it comfortably slept all of us, with cool rooms, great bedding and sweet extras like Sound machines in the rooms! The new, well-lit kitchen has everything you need, with beautiful, top quality appliances throughout the home and nicely appropriated linens, games and beach towels /cart/ backpack chairs for us use. The owner/manager was highly responsive, friendly and Informative and insured we had everything we needed. Check out procedure is simple and short and the home is safe and secure- both inside and on the screened in patio/fire pit area. We needed a couple more days to fully enjoy all the amenities the house offers - including the bikes, fire pit and large pool next door. So happy we found this place - thank you Liz and VRBO. - tx gals @50

Absolutely PERFECT!

This rental is absolutely stunning and pictures don’t even do it justice! It is, by far, the nicest vacation home we’ve ever stayed at! We had a group of 9, ranging from adults, teens, children and toddlers and every single of their and our needs were met. There were TVs in each room for the older kids and even a bonus room upstairs where they could relax before and after dinner, games on each floor for all ages, and even a pack n play and high chair for our toddler. The living room offered the perfect space to eat and play. The kitchen is equipped with all the cooking dishes, pans and utensils you could need- even everything we needed to make Low Country Boil and lobster tails one night! The covered back porch was the perfect spot for us to unwind in the evening and we even roasted marshmallows one night at the back firepit- the other perfect place there for family night under the stars. The property even has all the items needed for a great day at the beach (umbrella, sand cart, toys, bikes and more!). I couldn’t believe everything they offered for our use! My favorite part though was rocking on the spacious front porch with my daughter in the evening and soaking in that sea breeze. First floor laundry was also extremely helpful. The property is also super convenient to the beach (just a quick few minutes drive to Inlet Public Beach access), shopping and fabulous restaurants. I can’t give this beautiful property enough stars! We can’t wait to come back to 30A and stay at Willow Rose Retreat!

The well appointed Inlet beach home was exactly what we were looking for!!! You're able to escape the business of 30a and have access right down the road to Inlet beach. Recommend having a car or renting a golf cart. We will return next year!

Our multi generational family had a great time staying in this beautiful home. We really loved the location, we were close to the action of 30A, but also really enjoyed the quite community that this home is located in. Good restaurants within walking distance too. We will be back!!

Beautiful Beachy Getaway

I can not say enough wonderful things about this property! It is beautiful and clean. The location is also a plus because it’s not on a main road which allows you to have quiet time when needed. It’s centrally located to restaurants, and a farmer’s market with LOTS of vendors, about 5 mins down the road in Rosemary Beach on the weekends. The owners are extremely nice, easy going, and wonderful at communication. They respond almost immediately to any email or text they receive. I will be recommending this place to everyone that I know.

Spring break getaway

My husband and I stayed with our 15 year old daughter and two of her friends. We had a fabulous time! The house is very clean, comfortable and well stocked, it is beautifully decorated too. Liz was great to work with , very responsive and helpful. The area and beaches are so beautiful too, also very family friendly. Would definitely recommend!
