Die Wohnung ist super. Sauber, geräumig, gut ausgestattet, mit einem riesigen Balkon Richtung Süden und einem herrlichen Blick auf die Berge.Die Wohnung würde ich jederzeit wieder nehmen, wenn es da nicht dieses Problem mit dem Parken gäbe. Obwohl ich keinen SUV fahre oder ein anderes hohes Auto, konnte ich den Stellplatz nicht nutzen. Es bestand die Gefahr, dass ich beim Ein- uns Ausparken aufsetzten würde. Die Parkplätze gegenüber dem Haus sind tagsüber kostenpflichtig (8 Uhr - 18 Uhr) und von 23 Uhr bis 6 Uhr ist das Parken ganz verboten. Es gibt einen kleinen Parkplatz (ohne Gebühren), etwa zwei Gehminuten vom Haus, den ich genutzt habe (wenn etwas frei war). Die Wohnung jederzeit, aber mit einer anderen Parklösung.

Ja, alles war bestens organisiert. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge. Wir haben auch das Dorffest genossen, das während unseres Aufenthalts stattfand.

Alles perfekt

Eine tolle kleine Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Umgebung hat viel zu bieten, egal ob wandern, sightseeing oder relaxen, alles ist schnell zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter lief immer top und auch die Verwaltung vor Ort hatte immer ein Ohr für uns offen. Vielen Dank noch mal dafür. Wenn wir noch einmal Richtung Allgäu fahren, dann gerne wieder an diesen schönen Ort.

Ja wo ist er denn, der Panoramablick?

Das Beste zuerst: die Fewo ist hell, freundlich und praktisch eingerichtet, das Küchenequipment gut, für 2 Pers. schön groß. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, auch direkt vom Haus aus. Allerdings hat uns der "geschönte" online Auftritt der Fewo geärgert. Dem traumhaften Panoramablick über die Alpen stehen üppig begrünte hohe Bäume vor dem Haus im Wege, im Winter vielleicht eher Weitsicht. Da das Haus sehr nah an einer gut frequentierten Strasse liegt ( so ziemlich alle öffentlichen Einrichtungen der Gemeinde Bei dem erwähnten Gemeinschaftspool handelt es sich um das öffentliche Schwimmbad der Gemeinde Rettenberg. Der "Garten" ist ein nett angelegter kleiner Grashügel zwischen Haus und Strasse, also eher ein Vorgarten zur Zierde des Hauses, aber sicher nicht zum Verweilen gedacht. Bei den erwähnten Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Gelände handelt es sich um kostenpflichtige Parkplätze ( 6 Euro/ Tag), Der zur Fewo gehörende TG Stellplatz auf einer Hebebühne war auch für unseren normalen PKW ( Ford Focus) nicht nutzbar, es sei denn, man wagt es mit 1 cm Spielraum. Wir zogen es vor, einen der wenigen kostenfreien Parkplätze irgendwo im Ort wahrzunehmen. Inzwischen wissen wir auch, daß man sich bei der Anmietung einer Hochparterrewohnung fragen sollte, was ist da drunter... In unserem Fall die TG mit einem sehr rumpeligen Garagentor und einer noch rumpeligeren Hebebühne. Trotz alledem verbrachten wir zwei sehr schöne Wanderwochen.

Schöne Umgebung, nette Hausbewohner

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, in der Wohnung. Gestört haben eigentlich nur die Hundehaare auf dem Schlafsofa .Parkplätze gibt es leider nur für niedrige Fahrzeuge in der Garage .

Prima plek om de omgeving te leren kennen

Woning is vrij basic ingericht, maar alles wat nodig is, is aanwezig. Minpuntje is dat je buiten geen onbetaalde parkeerplek hebt, zodat je steeds de auto in een krappe garage moet rijden (of betalen bij buiten parkeren, uiteraard). Vanuit het dorp kun je prima wandelen/fietstochten maken.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht auf die Berge. Sehr großer Balkon mit Zugängen vom Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Rettenberg ist ein kleiner Ort, jedoch ist von dort aus alles gut erreichbar (z. B. Immenstadt, Oberstdorf, Kempten, Alpsee etc.). Touristinfo direkt gegenüber der Wohnung. Insgesamt haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und toll geschnitten, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, sowohl der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter als auch mit der Agentur vor Ort war sehr nett und komplikationslos! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
