The rental is managed by a company that will hand you the keys in person: apartment tour and inventory check.
You must contact the company 5 days before your arrival. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
A security deposit of 300€ will be required upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure if no damage is found.
You must clean the unit before departure. A €60 check is required as a cleaning deposit.
