In a hamlet in the Combrailles region, near the Creuse River and less than 10 km from the Puy-de-Dôme department, a fully renovated 4-star countryside vacation rental. <br>You’ll enjoy a magnificent view of lush, wooded countryside. This cottage is ideal for a countryside getaway, just 5 minutes from all local shops as well as recreational and cultural attractions: tree-top adventure courses, zip lines, motorsports, mountain biking, and hiking. Near Le PAL, Vulcania, and the Puy-de-Dôme, you’ll find a wide variety of activities to suit everyone’s tastes. <br>The cottage features a large, sunny garden with trees. You’ll find outdoor furniture with a plancha grill, a hammock, and outdoor games <br>INSIDE, you’ll find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.<br>GROUND FLOOR: A large living area open to a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, electric griddle, raclette machine…), sofa, large table, and internet access included. <br>The living room opens onto a terrace that’s perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun.<br>A bathroom with a walk-in shower (towel warmer, hair dryer, and washing machine). <br>There is also a separate half-bath. <br>Also on the first floor is a bedroom with a 160-cm bed and a walk-in closet.<br>UPSTAIRS: You’ll find two bedrooms—one with two 90-cm beds and the other with a 160-cm bed—each with a walk-in closet.<br>There is also a restroom upstairs.<br>The beds are made, and bath towels are provided. <br>A spacious garage with a sink and a clothes dryer is available.
