Suitable for recreational rental. Also suited for people building in the area, as there is a very large garage with parking for one car, also suitable for workshop/storage. Garage #2 is a 1.5 car garage. House is furnished. Walk to Thornbury downtown/harbour, or ride the Georgian trail, etc. 20 mins to Collingwood, 10 mins to Georgian Peaks etc. Very private, small view of Georgian Bay from the upper deck through the trees.
