This charming home with many recent updates will make for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location cannot be beat, a three-minute walk to York Beach Village and an additional two-minute walk to Short Sands Beach! Long Sands Beach and Cape Neddick Beach are also very close by. Perfect for Fall or Winter getaways and a great place to stay for guests celebrating a local wedding. In the summer you will enjoy the beaches, arcade, ice cream & taffy, restaurants & nightlife, the zoo/amusement park and the old-time music pavilion at the seaside park.

The home offers a private master bedroom with master bath and a luxurious shower on the second floor. There is also a single bed located in the loft space next to the master bedroom. There are two family bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main floor. One family bedroom has 2 single beds and the other has a full bed. For your convenience, the home offers a washer & dryer, central A/C and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The house is fully stocked with linens, towels and everything you need in the kitchen. Enjoy days or evenings on the roomy front and back decks. There is also a backyard to enjoy summer games and grilling. Included for your beach fun is a beach cart, beach chairs, cooler & beach towels.

Cannot say enough great things about this property. We visited York for a long weekend for a family wedding and this property was perfect. The location could not be better! The home itself is spotless and was so welcoming - had everything we needed! The process was seamless and the owners were very much available and friendly. You will not regret booking this property!

Location Location Location

Check in process went smoothly, home was clean and sanitized, no musty house smell as with other rentals. I have been renting from VRBO for over 20 years both in the US and abroad, this house was one of the best-kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, great parking too. Will definitely return!

Perfect Place

This home was beautiful. It was everything we wanted and more. It was just updated and very clean. The owner Jen and her husband were amazing and made sure our stay was home away from home. We felt very welcomed and even had a nice basket with yummy treats left on the counter for us upon arrival. The beds were very comfortable. There was 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and an 8 year old during our stay and we had plenty of room. We definitely will be staying there again. Hopefully soon!

Just a little getaway from home.

This was the best little in state getaway from home. Sometimes you just need that. It met above our expectations of perfect in everyday from cleanliness, comfortable, cozy, and beautiful. This is highly recommended. Up to date on everything! The owner was very quick to respond to all messages. I can't say enough positive things about this place honestly.

Just as described and more at York Beach

This was an exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated home that very much deserves the five stars in every category. The bedrooms were very comfortable. One bathroom had a tub/shower combo that is necessary for little ones and the other had a shower that I’m going to describe as luxurious. The kitchen was well stocked with beautiful high end appliances. The weather wasn’t cooperative while we were there as far as beach fun, but the closet full of board games came in very handy and encouraged even more quality family time. Cell phones were forgotten during a competitive game of Uno or Apples to Apples! The fact that this house is walkable to so many things was also a huge advantage as parking in the downtown area is practically impossible. I would highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to York Beach.

Great stay!

Stayed at this property for 12 days in early Spring and the time flew by. Really enjoyed the beautifully decorated house and its amenities. We made many meals in the well-appointed kitchen and also dined in some of the local restaurants. Very close to Short Sands Beach and a quick drive to Long Sands Beach and the Nubble Lighthouse. The hosts were very gracious and accommodating. Highly recommend.
