Beautiful beachfront corner condo in a quiet residential complex. Imagine yourself enjoying the beautiful South Padre Island sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico from your large private balcony or enjoying a leisurely stroll along the beach just an elevator ride away. This condo features a large living room that leads you straight to the large balcony.

This condo is in a building that is centrally located on Gulf Blvd and directly on the beachfront. The complex is small and well-cared for with a lovely pool and sun deck on the west side of the building. Guests enjoy a quiet, private complex with secure gated access.

If you choose to cook in and dine with a view, you will enjoy a kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need. But if you choose to go out, you are not far away from the restaurants and nightlife of South Padre Island. A washer and dryer, TVs in every room, and 2 tandem parking spaces out front (no garage access) add the final touches to make this the perfect location for your stress-free South Padre Island getaway.

Overall a great stay

Property was very nice, the only issues we encountered was tar on the beach and then a tropical storm hit causing the elevator to have to be shut down.

The condo was not ready for check-in at 3:00 per the check-in instructions. When we did finally check in the “cleaning inspector” was parked in our assigned parking spot and was very rude to us, parking there is a nightmare. Additionally the condo needs to be remodeled as there’s broken tiles through out and is very outdated.

Great Location! Very Convenient Beach Access

I stayed with my wife and our 15 and 5 year old. This was exactly what we were looking for. Very short walk from condo to beach. Close enough to leave our stuff on beach and eat lunch inside condo. Nice pool area with shower to get sand off. Inside is spacious. Washer and dryer in unit was great to wash beach towels. Freezer doesn't have ice maker but it held our bag ice fine. The only complaint I had was the lack of a grill on site. We will definitely stay here in the future. Also the office ladies at Padre Getaways were super helpful and answered all my questions.

Nice place to stay in South Padre

We had a pleasant time staying at this condo. It was reasonably priced and the location was as close to the beach as you could be at South Padre. The only downside is that the dryer doesn’t dry very well and the toilets didn’t inspire confidence when trying to flush them. The condo itself was nice and comfortable. The pool and hot tub felt like they were just for us since they seemed to always be vacant. I would recommend this place for others looking to stay in South Padre.

This condo exceeded our expectations. It is prettier in person with a great view of the ocean that we enjoyed each morning, spacious living areas, comfortable bedrooms, and a clean, partially-shaded pool area. The location is excellent with a grocery store less than half a mile away and shops/restaurants also within that range. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and dishes for cooking, so we brought some of our own food and prepared some meals in the condo. Beach access is easy, and that area of the beach is mostly families, so it's a great place to enjoy a relaxing day. There were a few minor upkeep issues, such as occasional wifi blips and power needing to go out for about 20 minutes to repair something, but we were well-informed, and we generally found everything to be just what we needed. We'll be back!

Beach condo getaway

Great location and nicely furnished condo, balcony with good view of ocean, very limited on towels and gate codes not always working on condo entrance. Key pad not working on door, only given one key but two key rings? Overall very nice unit for 4 adults

South Padre Get Away

I had an enjoyable time at the condo. The views were great and I like being very close to the ocean. The apartment was large with large beds which we liked. The appliances were older but we had our own wash and dry which was great. I wish the check in was opened later without a additional charge to check in, other than that the family had a great time.

Vacation, finally!,

This was our first big vacation since COVID hit. As a COVID nurse, I really needed some time away as did the rest of the family. We all had a wonderful stay! We were so close to the beach! I felt right at home in my room because of all the books. My granddaughter loved sitting on the balconies.

False advertisement

The room was nice and our stay was great. The only complaint I have is that it states that it's a beach front when in fact it isn't. You can still see the beach but it's definitely not beach front. I was really disappointed in that because I've stayed at the same condos before and beach front rooms are night and day. Still a nice place with everything you need.

Great place to stay right by beach access

Great place for family of 4. Pool was clean and plenty of tanning areas. Safe entry/exit. Location near restaurants and stores. Condo was clean and easy to clean. Only thing it was short on was few kitchen tools. Would be nice if it had some beach stuff but we brought our own.
