Nestled in the heart of the legendary resort of Le Lioran, our 24 m² apartment, located on the 12th floor of a 13-story building with elevators, is ready to accommodate up to 4 guests (2 adults + 2 children) for a pleasant stay in the Cantal region.

Rated 2*, it consists of:
- an entryway with 2 bunk beds (70 × 190 cm) for children
- a bathroom,
- a separate toilet,
- a living room featuring
* 1 fully equipped kitchenette (4-burner stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, built-in cabinets),
* 1 dining area,
* 1 sleeping area with a 160 × 190 cm sofa bed for adults.

Ideally located in the heart of the resort, it benefits from shops right at the building’s doorstep.

In addition, it serves as the starting point for the various activities offered by the resort:
- skiing and snowshoeing in winter.
- mountain biking, hiking, and tree-top adventure courses in summer.

A ski locker is available for your use.

Duvets and pillows are provided.

Sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, and bath towels are not provided.

Covered and secure parking space for 15 euros per day.

The apartment is non-smoking.

Pets are not allowed.
