The house was a decent size, kids enjoyed their time as well as the adults. Owner was very responsive, the pool area was beautiful. Overall a great stay!

We absolutely loved this property! The location was perfect and the golf cart made getting around so easy. The neighborhood pool was huge and my kids loved hanging out there as a switch up to the beach. The beach was close(short drive with the golf cart) and it was absolutely beautiful! We will definitely stay here again!

Quick drive to the beach. Pool is excellent and house is roomy. We enjoyed our stay and Jacob is an excellent host. Very responsive. Would highly recommend.

This house was perfect for our multi family stay. It’s convenient to the beach and the included golf cart made getting to the beach easier, more fun and much less sandy for the cars. Jacob was extremely communicative and helpful with any issues we had even got us a new golf cart on short notice to use when ours had issues. Everything was wonderful!

Great house and location. Could have been cleaner, especially the floors. Needs more beach towels. Otherwise everything else was great. Loved the golf cart. Pool was great too.

Amazing place-awesome neighborhood pool (best around) great community and location! Jacob was wonderful with communication. Only 3 cars are able to be there - which was fine for us, but having more than three cars could be problematic because they don’t allow parking in the cul-de-sac or at the Pool community.For what we used it for I give this place a five star

This house worked perfectly for our family. It was so close to the beach and some amazing restaurants! Host was so communicative and even threw out some ideas for entertainment and dining. The beds were really comfortable which is usually a big issue with rentals!! The 6 person golf cart was a huge bonus as we used it all the time to go into town and the beach! I would highly recommend this house!!

The house was perfect for our family. Every sleeping area has its own bathroom which was really nice. There was plenty of seating in the living room and we loved having the pool table in the living room area so people could play and still be a part of the other activities that were going on. The golf cart was a convenient way to get to and from the beach and pool. There are lots of decks off the house on the various levels but it was too hot for us to enjoy sitting outside that much. We had an infant with us and there was a highchair and 2 pack-n-plays that really made things easier. Jacob was very quick to respond to any questions we had and was so friendly.

Fabulous family location

We loved every bit of our stay. 8 adults. Property was in the perfect spot for easy access to beach, pool and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Great location - helpful host

The house was incredibly clean and in a great location! The golf cart made getting to and from the beach and pool super easy!! Jake was very helpful and quick to respond in answering questions! We would absolutely recommend staying here!! Thanks for a great trip!

Had a great time, zero complaints

Had a great time, the community and neighbors are great. The owner Jacob Ament is amazing, he made sure we had all we needed, dropped off more beach chairs for us, overall we had a blast! Highly recommend going with friends family.
