Only 5 miles from the IU stadium, this 1700 sq. ft french country cottage will have you feeling like you are right at home. Situated on an acre, this single level brick abode has all of the amenities of home, an outdoor hammock + patio, beautifully remodeled kitchen/bathrooms and sunroom with daybed for relaxing. The master bedroom has a brand new king size mattress & 50 inch tv with private bathroom including his+her sink and shower. Soak in the vintage claw foot tub and enjoy a glass of wine.

We stayed for an IU football weekend and this home is located a quick drive to the stadium. House was furnished with everything we needed. It has a nice sunroom.
