A 5-minute walk from the SNCF TER and TGV train station in Le Croisic (5 minutes by car) and in the heart of this charming little village, with shops and restaurants nearby (grocery stores, bakery, butcher/delicatessen, fishmonger, wine shop, newsstand, hair salon, beauty salon, pizzeria, café, snack bar, crêperie).

Petit studio idéal pour 2.

Un joli petit studio, bien placé. L'ensemble est confortable et agréable, tous les commerces et l'accès à la mer se font à pieds sans problème. Propriétaires arrangeants et agréables. Juste un petit meuble de rangement pour les vêtements serait plus pratique.
