Large holiday home with its own beach, fireplace, sauna, right on the lake, near Leipzig

The light-flooded holiday home is located on a 600 m² lake plot with a private beach and offers a fantastic panoramic view of Lake Mühlfeld.

The living space of the house is 165 square meters, which are spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a large dining and living room with a fireplace, an open kitchen and two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are four more bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor. The living / dining area and the bathrooms have underfloor heating. The bathrooms are equipped with high quality fittings and walk-in showers.

The terrace faces south and with its 60 m² offers enough space to enjoy an extensive breakfast outdoors and to start the day relaxed. Our holidaymakers also have a fantastic view of the lake from the sauna.

The house is well suited for larger groups. Our tenants and their motives are diverse: hiking groups, wellness holidaymakers, city travelers, trade fair visitors, pensioner groups, couples holidays, family reunions, year-end exams, project work, company meetings, summer holidays, short trips, relaxing - and the combination is often appealing.

We consider the proximity to the city and at the same time lake & nature as well as the house with its location and equipment to be unique.

Not only in summer, but especially in all other seasons, the lake has its very special charm. A quiet autumn by the lake or winter with a log fire and sauna (including a dip in the cold lake water) are ideal for relaxation. Spring is ideal for cycling tours.
