Luxury apartment is located on the 5th floor of the 5 storey building. A building is located in Mikhailovskaya street, the entrance to the building is guarded by a code lock. Apartment windows overlook the charming courtyard. The apartment was renovated in 2019.
This apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. A dining area is combined with a bedroom room.
A queen-size bed is equipped with orthopedic mattress. There is also one fold out sofa. The room is furnished with built-in wardrobe, digital cable TV and air conditioner.
Mini-kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary household appliances - microwave, fridge, ceramic stove and electric kettle as well as full range of kitchenware. There is also a nice kitchen furniture set.
A toilet is separated from the bathroom. The bathroom is decorated with tiles and supplied with new and modern sanitary. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi and washbasin. In the case of the absence of hot water you can always use an autonomous electric water heater installed in the bathroom.
The bathroom is filled with all the necessary accessories such as soaps, shampoos and slippers that are included in the price of the apartment.
You can also find an iron, ironing board, landline telephone and free Internet (Wi-Fi) at the apartment.
