The residence Les Balcons du Soleil 1 is located in the ski resort of Peyragudes, at around 400m from ski slopes (you can access to the slopes by a free skibus). Near the residence, you will find ski shops, bars, restaurants, bakery and the "Maison de Peyragudes" (information point). All studios and apartments are either South-West or South facing, with a great view over the Louron Valley. Surface area : about 35 m². 5th floor. Living room with 2 sofa-beds. Bedroom with double bed. Cabin with 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, 2 vitroceramics cooking rings, fridge. Bathroom with bath-tub. Separated WC. Balcony OR Terrace.
