Super schön !

Wie auch letztes Jahr waren wir begeistert von der Lage des Hauses. Der kleine Ort und die beeindruckenden Strände sind direkt in der Nähe. Der Gastgeber ist charmant und die Concierge sehr nett und hilfreich.Ein toller Aufenthalt, herzlichen Dank.

Fantastisch

Die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch . Aufgrund des eingezäunten Gartens hat auch unser kleiner Hund sich sehr wohl gefühlt. In unmittelbarer Umgebung tolle Strände und super Restaurants. Wir kommen wieder.

Traumhafte Lage, aber ...

Dieses Haus macht noch einmal deutlich, dass man die Beschreibung sehr genau lesen sollte. Z. B. gibt es keinen Terrassentisch mit Stühlen, keine Möglichkeit einen Sonnenschirm außerhalb des Kabeltrommeltischs aufzustellen. Dessen Platte ist so verrostet, dass niemand Lust hat, dort zu essen. Auflagen für die Paletten-Möbel befanden sich hinter dem Haus in einem Verschlag, waren aber so verschmutzt, dass wir sie nicht benutzen wollten. Schade, denn die Lage und das Panorama des Hauses sind einfach nicht zu toppen und man würde sie auch gerne auf der Holzterrasse genießen. Der Garten hinter dem Haus wird als Abstellort für Reste von Bauschutt und Gerümpel genutzt. Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt. Der Fernseher befindet sich in einem der oberen Schlafzimmer.In zwei Schlafräumen sind Schränke, die zur Hälfte abgeschlossen sind. Auch die zugänglichen Fächer und Schubladen sind teilweise mit Gegenständen der Vermieter gefüllt, sodass ziemlich wenig Stauraum zur Verfügung steht. Im „Kinderschlafzimmer“ gibt es überhaupt keinen Stauraum Die Küche, das Geschirr und Besteck waren bei unserer Ankunft derartig verschmutzt, dass wir erstmal geputzt und gespült haben. Die nur telefonisch erreichbare,verantwortliche Person ( Schlüsselübergabe durch Nachbarn) hat nach unserer Beschwerde angeboten, am folgenden Dienstag (Ankunft war Samstag) eine Reinigung vorzunehmen. Da wir nicht so lange in dem unappetitlichen Zustand leben wollten, haben wir selbst geputzt. Also: Lage top, Haus Flop!!

Chère Dorothée, nous vous remercions pour vos commentaires constructifs que nous avons lu avec beaucoup d’attention. En effet, il est très important de lire les détails de l’annonce et afin d’éviter tout malentendu il est aussi important de bien regarder les photos mises en ligne avec l’annonce, elles sont le parfait reflet de l’équipement extérieur de la maison. Ni plus ni moins. Vous ne le savez peut-être pas mais face à l’océan tel que se trouve notre maison, l’équipement extérieur est soumis à une agression permanente et malgré un entretien régulier il est difficile d’avoir un mobilier extérieur neuf pour chaque locataire, surtout lorsque les coussins extérieurs sont laissés dehors par certains locataires 24h/24 7j/7….. Afin de rester accessibles, les poubelles sont effectivement entreposées à l’arrière de la maison, il serait dommage de gâcher la vue sur l’océan. En tout cas, de notre point de vue. Concernant le ménage, la dame qui s’occupe du ménage et qui prend son travail très au sérieux nous a fait parvenir l’échange SMS que vous avez eu avec elle…. Il est dommage que vous n’ayez accepté sa proposition de venir pour vous donner satisfaction, les 2 couteaux et l’assiette auraient été vite nettoyés…. Enfin, lorsqu’on réserve pour 4 personnes et on se présente à 6 plus un animal de compagnie, qu’on refuse de régler le surplus pour le linge de maison, qu’on part sans vider ses poubelles, il est normal que vous trouviez votre location aussi déplaisante. Dernière chose, la concierge, même si elle bretonne d’origine, elle ne porte pas la responsabilité des humeurs de la météo, inutile de s’en prendre à elle….

Aufenthalt mit Hund

Die Lage von Penmarch mit dem Strand von Ster oder die Baie d'Audierne (mit einem sehr langen Sandstrand) ist ausserhalb der Hauptreisesaison für einen Urlaub mit Hund sehr angenehm.

Vue magnifique

Logement impeccable, parfaitement équipé, jardin sur 2 façades pour lire dehors et prendre le soleil. On ne se lasse pas de la vue mer.
