Attic apartment with 40 square meters (non-smoking). All sanitary facilities have been modernized. Here you can enjoy self-catering under the motto "peace and relaxation" your holiday.

The apartment consists of a sleeping alcove with 2 beds. Bed linen is available. An open kitchen, compl. furnished with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc.
Dinette and living area with television and radio. A bathroom with shower and toilet, towels included.

Park-like garden with gazebo and seating right on the Moselle. We have a lawn: The peace and closeness to the Mosel and the vineyards promise a relaxing holiday.

Bicycles are included in the price.

Archery: If you have always been interested in intuitive archery, but have not had the time or the opportunity to get to know this fascinating sport, you will have the chance to book an appropriate course. Experienced archers, our in-house shooting range is at leisure.

Ski possibilities: Hunsrück, Erbeskopf (downhill skiing, cross-country skiing)

Hiking: Hiking on the Moselhöhenweg; Via Ferrata in Zell, Erden and Bremm (Via Ferrata only for sure-footed hikers)

Biking: Well-developed bike path along the Moselle along, mountain biking on forest roads and vineyard trails

Stay during hot weather

'Full kitchen a joke' no oven, fridge has no ice box. Temperature of room uncontrollable in hot weather, needs aircon. A lot of the electrics are by patch board. Would not meet UK safety regs.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that the unusually high temperatures during your stay impacted your experience in Apartment 3, our most budget-friendly top-floor unit. As noted in the listing, this apartment is on the top floor. To keep it comfortable even during hot days, we recommend keeping windows closed during the day and airing out in the evening. Many guests have found it pleasant with these measures and the fan provided. For those more sensitive to heat, we suggest Apartments 1 and 2, which stay naturally cooler due to their location within the building. Regarding kitchen equipment: Apartment 3 includes two stovetops and a combination oven/microwave, as clearly shown in the photos. For a full kitchen setup, Apartments 1 and 2 are more suitable. Lastly, we want to clarify that the power strip in use is CE-certified and TÜV-tested, fully compliant with EU safety standards. It is a single, professionally installed unit—common and permitted in holiday rentals throughout Europe. We value all guest feedback and always aim to provide transparent information and a comfortable stay.

toller Urlaub

Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und es lagen viele Broschüren und Karten für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung bereit. Auch die Küche war bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist top: Der Bahnhof und die Innenstadt sind jeweils fußläufig erreichbar. Besonderes Highlight ist der Garten, der jedem Park Konkurrenz machen kann. Auf einer kleinen Terasse am Ende des Gartens kann man mit blick auf die Mosel gemütlich sitzen. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes und einladendes Haus!

Großartig!

Wir haben uns bei der Familie Prill sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, haben uns aber auch ausreichend Privatsphäre gelassen. Die Dachgeschosswohnung ist zwar klein, aber sehr gut aufgeteilt und auch die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Wir waren schon oft in Ferienwohnungen zu Gast, diese hier ist bis jetzt mit Abstand die Sauberste und am besten ausgestattete gewesen. Vielen Dank für diese tollen Tage und wir kommen sicher wieder! :-)

Sehr zentrale und saubere Dachgeschosswohnung mit zentraler Lage direkt an der Mosel

Herr und Frau Prill sind sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die immer für uns erreichbar waren ; Die Dachgeschosswohnung ist zu unserer Überraschung sehr gut geschnitten und bietet viel Platz für zwei Personen. Es ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was wir gebraucht haben; Der Garten ist eine Ruheoase, der mit Blick auf die Mosel zum Verweilen einlädt. Vom Garten aus gelangt man direkt an die Mosel. Ferner haben uns Fam. Prill Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt, mit denen wir die ganze Zeit unterwegs waren. Der Bahnhof, Aldi, EDK und die Tourist-Info u. a. sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung sehr gerne weiter.
