The apartment is right in the center of Levanto,
directly in front of the public park 'Piazza Staglieno' (children's playground) in an antique apartment building in the historic old town. The apartment was completed in mid-August 2009 (complete renovation). It is located on the 1st floor from the park side, but is accessible from a rear entrance without stairs.
It consists of a large bedroom with air conditioning and an extra bed (17sqm), a bathroom with shower that is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, if desired German) , Coffee machine, electric oven and gas stove). The apartment is located on a traffic-calmed street. The sofa is a comfortable (new) sofa bed for 2 people, also satellite TV and DVD player.

The location was amazing. There were so many restaurants that we could walk to. We could walk to great hikes. It’s across from the park so the only thing was they had music for two evenings that went until about 1 AM. I didn’t that it was fantastic.

Ideal location

Ursula is a very welcoming host. The location of the flat is ideal to enjoy the beach and the bar/restaurants nearby and is near the station (13 min walk) - perfect to visit the Cinque Terre. The flat itself is really nice and comfortable. World recommend in a heartbeat !

We loved our stay in Levanto. Ula was so kind and so helpful to us. She met as at the property and showed us the unit. Her suggestions for restaurants were spot on. When we checked out we were nervous about our next destination in Stresa, she offered to call the hotel and help with translation. Spacious appartment with everything you'll need – we had a lovely stay in Levanto! With kids it is a great plus that the (btw great) outdoor playground/park/piazza is just outdoor the appartment. It can get a little louder in the evenings but the thick walls of the building absorb most of the noise outside.

Nous sommes venus pour passer 4 jours et 3 nuits au Cinque Terre pour randonner de Levanto à Riomaggiore.Nous souhaitions idéalement être en dehors de Cinque Terre et Levanto nous paraissait le bon endroit pour rentrer tous les soirs en train après notre marche.Ursula nous a très bien conseillé et a été au petit soin avec nous par message puis à notre arrivée au logement. Nous avons eu d’excellents échanges et a beaucoup apprécié mon fils Thomas. C’était son anniversaire et elle nous a aidé à trouver un excellent restaurant qui lui a mis une bougie sur son dessert et tout le monde a chanté. Ursula est vraiment une personne merveilleuse et je vous recommande 1000 fois ce logement si vous venez dans la région et pour notre part, nous retournons les yeux fermés chez Ursula si l’occasion se présente.La chambre est plus que spacieuse avec un très grand lit et mon fils à profité du canapé dépliant et très grand aussi (très confortable) dans la pièce de vie. La salle de bains est accessible par la chambre en directe pour ne pas réveiller la personne qui dort au salon et depuis le salon pour ne pas passer par la chambre.Personnellement nous n’avons pas trouvé le quartier brouillant une fois les fenêtres fermées malgré les restaurants autour.La gare est à 10 à 15min à pieds, idéal pour rejoindre les Cinque Terre facilement.Merci encore à Ursula

Zentral und geräumig

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Levanto. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral und hat wirklich alles was man in einer Ferienwohnung irgendwie benötigen kann. Check In verlief ohne Probleme, die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Wochenende kann es im Schlafzimmer laut sein wenn es Musik auf dem Platz davor gibt das hat uns aber nur eine Nacht wirklich betroffen. Levanto ist als Ausgangspunkt für die Cinque Terre sehr zu empfehlen, wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Tolle Ferienwohnung, nette Gastgeberin

Die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben, perfekt ausgestattet, sehr sauber und hat ein super Bett. Die Lage ist im Zentrum perfekt, alles ist in kurzer Distanz erreichbar. Unter der Woche war es sehr ruhig, am Wochenende war mehr Leben auf der Straße, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, Empfehlenswert!
